Ordered on line several items tracker said my items were delivered but they were not manager would not help said it was my problem with door dash would not even give me a number for DoorDash called support they would not help either and said they could not reimburse my debit card so I’ll never buy ever from then again they are money hungry
Tastes way better than Domino's and the Hut..in this town at least

Ordered a pizza and pizza puffs at around 8:30 pm, said to be delivered by door dash at 9:13 pm. Doesn't show up by 9:25pm so I check the tracking and it was never picked up. The delivery time kept changing from 9:13 - 9:35 - 9:45 - 9:50 - 9:54. Now I'm aware the store closes at 10:00pm so I drove to the store and the items were sitting in the lil oven refrigerator thing. I explained to the worker the situation and about the delivery fee and tip I left but he just handed the food over and said I needed to get with door dash about it. I understand it isn't his fault and I feel bad for giving him the cold attitude but I was hungry and had been waiting almost an hr and a half to eat. As I was leaving I see a car pull in to the parking lot and I had a feeling it was the door dash person but I left anyway. But then as I'm getting back to my hotel I see a txt from door dash saying my order was picked up by the Dasher and was on its way. I assume the dasher was trying to keep the delivery fee and tip I left without actually delivering the food and showing up an hr past the time. Absolutely not sir/ma'am. Only thing I blame the store for Is I ordered pepperoni puffs and the ones I got literally had zero pepperoni in them. I thought I was trippin but I ripped them all open and nothing was inside so I was disappointed about that

Cashier was helping a customer ahead of me and what seems the be the manage came out to chew her out over when to hand the customer their food...... Something that should have be done away from customers. If she behaves that way infront of customers can't imagine how she treats them when no one is around...

Passing through town and got a pizza. Best one I have had. It was a a secret shop. Thank you Tyler and crew. Some of the best customer service from Tyler as well.

Sucks when an employee tells you that the manager has ordered them to ignore customers at the front and focus on online customers only very unprofessional towards the customers ready and waiting to buy a pizza at your establishment
Well, everything was nice until you could tell the lady or clerk was giving pizza to her friends for free. I told her who is he that he doesn't even pay for the pizza. Then after that she told him to come back and pay for it. Because me and the wife had seen him walk out with the soda two liter without paying. The place won't be around long with inside jobs like this occurring. Not to mention the bad service.
