The food is amazing!!! The service is excellent and fast.
This is now one of our favorites, we have been going there for over 2 years. We call Maria our friend, she makes a very good drink with Jalapeños in it, yes they charge for the credit card cost that most restaurants absorb but its few $$! We go quite frequently there. We are doing a birthday celebrations & Maria reserved the whole bar area for us & going to have Karaoke for us & I think she has a regular Elvis there too on that night! Love Maria & the staff, good food too!
recomendados en un 100% está deliciosa!!!!
The food was ok but not great and overpriced. They are VERY proud of their drinks, a $15 margarita was not worth the price at all.
Be sure to check your bill. I got mine for $32.90. When I looked at the amount of tax, it was $4.03. I asked the waitress why the tax was over 12%. She did not know and neither did the manager on duty. I asked for a call the following day. I did not get one so I called. The manager said that they charged an extra 4% for anyone using a credit card. I asked him where that was posted or when I could have been informed. He said he was not there on that day. I reported them to the City of Plano and to the Texas Attorney General. I am sure it is illegal charge a fee for using a credit card and not post it anywhere. One of the owners called and told me that they would be posting it on the door. Buyer beware.
The address refers to North Central Expressway but it’s at the end of the strip center and faces Park Blvd. I love their tacos and everything I’ve tried but had only had lunch in the past. Last weekend, I met a group for dinner and discovered their frozen margaritas. I’m frequently disappointed but have to say these margaritas rank with my favorites. The restaurant was very accommodating to allow our group to connect a laptop to their TV so we could watch a livestream presentation. They didn’t have a separate room for us but we had all the tables near the TV by the bar.
Found El Noa Noa on an email from Open Table and made a reservation for Friday evening. This is a Tex Mex restaurant in a strip center on Park Blvd at Central. It's nothing fancy but the food is excellent. A reservation wasn't really necessary. We ate early and during our meal more diners arrived. They were greeted by the owner? And looks like there is a lot of repeat business. I had Tacos al Carbon and they were some of the best I've ever eaten. Tender, perfectly seasoned with great tortillas. The rice and refried beans were excellent. I recommend this excellent eatery

The food was really good-fresh. The reviews prior to my trying were good and I am glad we tried. I was surprised no one else was in the restaurant so a reservation was not needed, but I was glad as it was business and we could hear each other talk.
This truly is a hidden gem. The food is simply delicious! Compared to other big name restaurants in Dallas, the food is much better here, and so are the prices. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Tex-Mex food. The chips are warm, the salsa hot, and carne asada is the best!
We went here one Saturday after soccer when our normal haunt was packed. This place is fabulous!! The staff are very sweet, attentive and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!
This was my first time at El Noa Noa . The place is large, nice and clean. I went on a Monday so the restaurant was to ourselves and we enjoyed the very attentive service by Martha . They have Mariachi Band on Fridays starting at 8:00 pm and Salsa Dance on Saturdays starting at 8:00 pm. The atmosphere was very nice but I have not yet been to a Mariachi or Salsa night. The food is Tex-Mex and I had bean and cheese nachos, guacamole and cheese quesadillas ,everything was good. They served chips and salsa and the chips were good not greasy and the salsa very tasty and not spicy which was perfect for me. I will definitely go back for the Mariachi and Salsa night and to try a new dish.
Good salsa and chips. Lunch fajitas had lots of meat and minimal vegetables. The chicken was not as flavorful as the beef, and the beef was excellent. The pork tamales with sour cream sauce were flavorful, thick, but without a lot of meat. The kids quesadilla was thick, but only a half tortilla. The french fries were typical fast food skinny fries. Worth another visit!
