We love The Grey Mule! Sue is so fantastic, sweet and knows her wine! The food is delicious. We always get the meat and cheese board and Sue's famous chicken salad. This time we had her pistachio dessert and it was fantastic. Adrian is always so friendly and lovely as well. The Grey Mule is a must when in Ft. Stockton.

Truly a hidden gem in the desert. Operated inside a historic adobe building, The Grey Mule Saloon is a refreshing oasis in this quaint town.
Wine tasting, cocktails (wine based) and beer are available along with a charcuterie board, other light eats and desserts. Be sure to try Sue's homemade pistachio pie, you won't be disappointed.
They are pup friendly and have a huge fenced area for your dogs or kids to run and play.
