Leah is an incompetent manger. Don’t order from here.
Her customer service SUCKS. When their driver delivers to the wrong address - she just wants to hang up on costumers. Never once apologized. It was several doors down, but took several calls and she never even apologized. NEVER ORDER HERE.
I placed an order and 20 minutes later the tracker said it was in the quality check stage.
Then an hour later it said it was on the way, 10 more minutes it said it was delivered. I waited another 15 minutes then drove to the store to cancel the order and get a refund.
ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Ordered pizza, wings, pasta and drinks for the family. Pizza was supposed to be the all meats pizza, it was pepperoni and sausage, ordered Italian sausage and marinara pasta and they sent chicken Alfredo, ordered Buffalo wings and there was such little amount of sauce that they were dry upon arrival, ordered root beer and got diet Coke’s because they were out of root beer.
