We put in a curbside mobile order and sat for over 20 min waiting for the order. When we finally pulled through drive-thru, we saw a single paper sign saying "closed at 8pm for system update." We tried to cancel our order to get a refund but there is no way to cancel the orders through the app. We decided to pull through the window to see if we could get a refund.
