Tried them over at Klaus Brewing Co. And it was DELICIOUS. The smell hits you immediately from across the parking lot. The guy told me that he has been cooking since 6am! I got the plate with 3 meats. Jalapeño cheddar sausage, brisket, & spare ribs. It came with a babe of chips, sauce, and bread. Pickles are too, but I'm not a pickles person. Delicious bbq, great quality, unique takes on potato salad and queso! Would recommend you try it, AND tell your friends! Service is friendly and you aren't standing and waiting for 45 minutes for your food.
