The only good thing was Gavin. Gavin was friendly and professional. All the rest…sadly, sub par as usual.

This was actually the best Dairy Queen I have been in in a long time. The 1 we had on Nacogdoches Texas was closed down and I'm glad it was. Still a great place wonderful employees they need a raise.

The food was sloppy and did not taste right. The restaurant was not clean and the service was horrible. Staff was rude and careless when handing out the food. When asking for sauces, the cashier rolled her eyes, rudely handed the packet to me, and went back to checking her phone.

I use to work at this store many many years ago..It was my first job actually. So, I understand about keeping your drive through times down...but it is crazy that I had to pull around and park when all i ordered was a breakfast biscuit..mind you there was no one else in the line at the time..

The service in Frankston Texas takes way to long when you sit in the drive through for 20 minutes.

Nastiest dairy queen I've ever been to. Lazy employees. And disgusting food.
We ordered simple meals which consisted of 4 foot long Chilli cheese dogs and 2 tatir tots with cheese. It took 23 minutes after ordering to get our food. The buns had mold on them which the employees tried to hide with the e - 5 day old Chilli. And the hot dogs were soured The cheese tots were cold and served with un melted cheese. Every bottle of ketchup was empty except for 1 that was sticky and filthy.
And my bill was just under $37.00
Passes me off I couldn't give 0 or minus zero stars. This place needs to be paid a visit by the board of health or food inspectors immediately . And fined and shut down. Needless to say both my dad and me got sick from the food but luckily it was so bad we had both only taken a couple of bites before we both said nope something wrong then noticed every thing . I've been eating at dairy queen restaurants for over 50 years and this was the worst. There's only one other that was this bad and that one is in Crandall tx. And they have a rat infestation

Came through drive through for lunch, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. Got no cheese and chicken was very tough and chewy, gross, only ate one bite on each side, fries and drink and service was fine, but for $10 I expect a decent chicken sammy.
Owner who responded are you going to make it right amd give me money back for bad sandwich or free replacement since I spit out the 2 bites I took?

It’s late and we’ve been driving for hours. We noticed this Dairy Queen 10min ahead and bonus it’s open till 10:00pm. We pulled in a few minutes after 9:00 and quickly knew it didn’t look promising. All the lights were on, drive through sign was lit up, and the OPEN sign was ON! Nevertheless as we’re parking we see all the chairs turned up. My husband went to double check. Door was locked and employees appeared to be long gone. As we left we noticed there weren’t any cars in the parking lot. My family owned many different businesses when I was younger. 1 of which was a Subway. We never, not one time, ever closed down even 5min early!! Much less an hour+ early. If you don’t want to keep the restaurant open late, no worries. Just please for the sake of hungry humans driving by in the nt UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!!
