This is a 10/10. I got the baked potato with brisket and I couldn't believe how huge it was! Literally two people can get full off of ONE baked potato. It was loaded. And tasted amazing. I also got their sweet and spicy beans and they are the best beans I've ever had. I also got the potato salad. It was ok. It wasn't the best kind had but I ate it. There was just a weird aftertaste. But maybe that was just that batch. I was hoping it was a little sweet. But the texture of the potato salad was a 10/10. Lastly, I got their peach sweet tea. It was definitely sweet but not too sweet which made it perfect. Go check on this business on trammel Fresno! I only paid $29 for what I got and I expected to pay more!

I was in the area and randomly happened upon this place. The stop made my day! The people were super friendly and the sliced brisket sandwich was piled high with a ridiculous amount of meat. The sauce was good and the meat had an appropriate amount of smoked flavor. But the meat was some of the most tender brisket that I've ever had! Even the bun was very good.

Boutte's is a meat lover's dream come true. My recent visit had me raving about the quality and taste of the Pork Ribs, Brisket, and Pork Sausage it was bursting with flavor. The char on the outside was just right, and the BBQ sauce complemented the meat beautifully.While the star of the show was definitely the meat, I was not happy with Potato Salad (VERY SWEET and to much MUSTARD) was a bit of a letdown. The Dirty Rice could use a little more seasonings and the beans were pretty good. I would defiantly return for a meat plate only.

I tried the ribs and brisket. The meat is PHENOMENAL!!!! I have to be honest, I did not enjoy the sides. I got the potato salad (too sweet) and the rice (it was ok). The sides don’t taste homemade which is disappointing because they don’t match the quality of the meat. I would definitely go back but I would only get the meat without the sides.
Ribs melt in mouth so delicious. Oxtails make you wanna slap somebody ....baked potatoes you can eat for three days so much meat. The Boutte"s are awesome people great customer service. You will not every be disappointed.
