Unacceptable. I came in ordered. I reminded them no mayo on my sandwich. I'm told I already made it with Mayo. I don't realize that I go home. Sandwich is not what I want. I go back, ask him to make me a new one. Nope, can't do that. You have to buy a new one.

2723 fm 521 fresno,tx 77545.Today is 5/29/2025 between the times of 3pm to 5pm.I go in ready to place an order. There are 2 female workers an 1 male worker .No other customers are there.I stand at the counter 5 minutes then 6 7 8 9 10 minutes an no acknowledgement that I'm there. All 3 employees keep glancing at me an say nothing to me. They are all speaking Spanish to each other.So after 15 minutes I say are yall closed an what is going on.The male employee an a female employee look at me an say nothing. One walks to the back an the two employees left talk Spanish an push each other towards the register as if saying u take her order cause I'm not.The male employee miraculously speaks English an takes my order.I watch as they make my food.One employee gives me my food without saying anything. No thank you or have a nice day.I will not go there anymore an spend my money where I am mistreated

This is the worst location I've been to! I've had a bad experience twice, and I'm fed up with the lazy workers who like to discriminate against others from different ethnicities! Every time I visit this location, they don't have anything, or the air fryer is broke. During my first experience, it wasn't past 8:30 pm, and the staff claimed they were closing. Therefore, they didn't serve me.
The real issue was that the staff didn't want to restart the grill and have to clean it. This location closes at 9 pm, but if you visit after 8 pm, you will not be served, or there will be an excuse as to why they can't take your order.
This time, they didn't have cheese. They didn't have fries or tots. I mean, how do you sell Philly Cheese Steaks with no cheese?
Why are they in business if they don't want to serve paying customers? I'm disgusted with Charley's! The manager/owner at this location needs to get rid of the staff. They are lazy as hell!
I wish there was an option to give zero stars.
