I purchased a family meal from them. It was not fresh and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It was super hard and dry! At first I thought it was just me but then my son confirmed. When trying to reach out to them by phone, you can not and I have called from multiple lines. Very unacceptable, I need a refund.

The chicken was under 135 degrees COLD, I was so hungry I ate it. However I returned my 3rd piece so that management could verify my compliant. The mashed potatoes was the only thing good. Employee leaving for the evening in red explorer took the fresh chicken home.

She was very helpful in highlighting the best deals and made great suggestions on what to try. Her pleasant personality and attentive customer service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The food and service gets NO RATING. My entire meal was not fresh at all. Chicken tasted like it was sitting out for hours, biscuit was hard and cold, and the cashier at the window use to be friendly, but now I feel he may not be happy there anymore because his demeanor has changed tremendously. Where is the lady with the short curly hair? Bring her back because at least she seem happy and enjoyed giving quality customer service and respect. I will not be going back to that location anymore. I would rather go buy and drive elsewhere.

This location mix old chicken with fresh chicken. You have to watch them closely to make sure you are getting fresh food. They are slick, they already have the old chicken on the try and tell you it is fresh.

The drive through one night we waited 3 HOURS before getting our food. The drive through speaker system wasn't working and from the outside it looks broken.
This time I went inside and ordered whatever they had on hand.
Service was nice with a smile. But I am curious who is managing this location?
