This particular churches is passing off drumets legs for a chicken leg and charging way too much I have never in my life seen such tiny chicken legs Hope the owner sees this and the chicken is always either burnt or undercooked I have given chance after chance I will not be coming back I'm highly upset wasted money

Customer service is fine. The food is actually pretty good. My issue is with corporate. Corporate sucks they can't get their website to actually give you ANY advertised specials. Then try to find a corporate phone #... Lost cause... Like their chicken guess that is a plusđŹ

When you order hot and fresh chicken, check your food to make sure that it's hot and fresh. They will lie and tell you that the food is hot and fresh when it's not! For the amount of money spent, I do not want cold food!!

Their drumsticks are the size of Buffalo Wild Wings drum sticks. I got a 10 piece wings and drum sticks and these are the sizes of the drum sticks they gave me. Big rip off , this location nickel and dimes you on everything. Avoid!!!

Please explain to me how a CHICKEN restaurant can run out of chicken. We ordered mild chicken and were told they were out and would have to cook some then asked if I wanted spicy instead. We agreed to wait for the mild. The wait took a HOUR! When we got home and ready to eat we realized after waiting all that time they still gave us spicy chicken. Another customer came in after us and asked for fresh chicken. The cashier rudely responded to the customer âwhy do people come in here asking for fresh chickenâ. Why is this location a consistent let down?

Placed an order online, walked in the store was greeted by no one, I placed the order at 1:30, I arrived at 1:45 to pick it up and was told âyou have to waitâ. Very unprofessional staff, floors were dirty and restaurant had a foul order, tables were visibly sticky. Food was one

11/7/25 went in to purchase some chicken and came home to sit and eat. The chicken was old and fried hard. Took it back gave to the manager explained what was wrong he never said sorry or anything. He started speaking Spanish to the other employee. I said thank you and walked he never opened his mouth. This is a job not for him. Unfriendly and unprofessional.
Jose was amazing ! He made my experience at churchâs he the reason I go to churchâs chicken because the service is so great . He leading the team like no other ! Give this dude a raise or I wonât come here no more !
