This location is permanently closed and i’m not surprised. Customer service was nonexistent and judging by past reviews they barely generated any revenue because they constantly lied about their hours of operation. I enjoyed their cinnabons though, even though service was so bad, and I will miss having it so close to home.

Like many others, I learned the posted hours are inaccurate. Sitting outside the store now at 3:08 PM and they are closed. Owner: Take the time to update your hours or just close the location. Traffic on 521 is too difficult to navigate for zero return. Ridiculous!

Both Cinnabon website and Google state business opened nearly an hour ago. Employee rudely said "we aren't open yet". When asked when they open, she looked at the clock and came up with a time an hour and a half after times listed. Also, she did have product available but it seemed she didn't want to be bothered to stop what she was doing to make a sale.

Man, some the best and biggest rolls I've ever enjoyed. These pastries are in a class by themselves with that cream cheese icing , I'm gaining weight just writing about them. ?
