This place gives horrible customer service. From getting old chicken and trying to getting remake....the MOD is impossible to deal with. Ms. V is the absolute worst. She is very argumentative and agressive. She continued to deny giving me old chicken. As you can see in the picture, it is very dry and old. The store owner doesn't allow anyone to do refunds other than her, if your lucky enough to catch her in the store. Owner does not care how the staff is treating customers and makes excuses for them. During my wait inside, I observed other customers complaining about the service. I will never ever dine with them again.

Just went through the drive through and some older Hispanic woman worker slipped us these overcooked, dry rolls in our bag, which we didn't find until we arrived home. The one properly cooked roll was exposed so we had no reason the question the rest of the rolls would be burned. My husband tossed the blackest roll outside out of frustration. It is not included in the pic.

This place is sooooooo NASTY. Staff working with long hair without hair nets Cashier fixing orders from the buffet line One worker dropped an utensil on the floor and picked it up and put in back in rotation One staff sneezed soooooo loud and never washed her hands. I politely asked for my money back and walked out. I WILL NEVER go back
Decided to try their buffet. There was one other patron inside. The food is freshly made. If you want a side thats not on the buffet line, you pay for that separately. I've learned if you can only eat once, buffets aren't the way to go. The food was good, but I only ate a kids plate worth and was done. I actually loved the fact that they had roasted chicken on the line, as I didn't want fried food. See the video below.

Terrible! I will not be back! Third time ordering the Gizzard combo! To be fresh dropped! And the third time they gave them to me in less then 4 minutes. I've spoke with the manager and she dose not care. Can't seem to talk to a manager

I waited over 40 minutes for them to bring out my food only to have to go inside and realize that they never even started on my order so I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to cook my food and bag my food.
