I can confidently say that this jack in the box sucks past 5 pm. Best to go here in the daytime. Nighttime shift is always understaffed, uncoordinated, and high. An employee who I have now found out is named tashana, is incredibly rude. I don’t know who constantly pisses in her cereal, but she needs to check herself or get fired. She snatched a bag so hard from me that it almost ripped last week…. all because I said they gave me the wrong burger and I was missing my cheesecake. Her attitude is atrocious, she never smiles, and she consistently reeks of marijuana.Terrible for Jack in the Box

I order some tacos at night. I come back home, my cheese wasnt melted and my tacos were cold as hell then i call to see why my tacos were cold and then all the employees wanna laugh in the background like something was funny.

Omg!!!!!! The people here are rude as hell.While my order was missing the hash browns. And to top it all off there was a hair ( look like an dog or cat hair) on my burger!!!I will never ever go here again!11/19/23I go to drive thru at 1030pm to order my food and there is a girl yelling in the back groud and I say I want 20 tacos. He tells me they have that many tacos, mind u the girl is still yelling in the back and the. He say we don't have any Tocas at all. I told then he was lying and thenmy didn't want to do there job and left. The place really to be closed down. This not the 1st time they lied . Don't go here it's ghetto!
I waited over 25mins for mini churros, before they actually put them to fry!! To top it off, there was an employee who was screaming the entire time. The kids seemed nice but not too coordinated. Disappointing!!
