Very poorly ran store. They don’t service their drive thru. I would advise to steer clear of placing a mobile order for pickup as you will just be wasting your time and money.

This place needs to change their payment process. When I hand you my card you should hand it right back to me, there is no reason you should be walking to to back with my debit card that’s unacceptable.

The place was ok. However, customer service was not up to standards, and associates and management always had issues and did not know how to complete basic task and complete transactions. The HVAC system was out or not working properly because it was hot, and they had the doors left wide open which was allowing flying insects like flies and mosquitoes to enter the facility and disrupt, disturb, and annoy customers waiting. The parking lot is very small and does not have adequate parking for customers. This facility is in need of major renovations, changes, and upgrades.

I was charged almost $4 extra for a classic pizza when confronted they said they couldn't do anything for me if I didn't have my receipt when I wasnt given one. I assume I wasn't given one due to the wronge charge. On a separate occasion I was told by a young lady working there if I gave her $5 cash she would give me the pizza for $5 but if I paid card I would be charged more I assume she was gonna pocket the cash. Highly do not recommend

Store wouldn't allow me to order a classic pepperoni pizza. The employee working the window told me "my manager will not let us sell a classic pepperoni pizza, he is trying to make more money so you're only option is to order the extra most bestest". How is the legal? That's fraudulent. Someone needs to get thei franchise manager in check. I'll be calling corporate. This is unacceptable.

This location has made take my business somewhere else. The app never work it's always saying online is not available. The neber is outdated. I call this number they claim to call no response. I like little ceasers but this location had bad service even if I go and order they don't have nothing ready and wait so long. What's the point of the portal this is 2024. I'm now just going down the street to dominos where they offer 3 pizzas for 21. 00 and little ceasars prices is more but they can't keep up or I don't know what is going on its close to me at one point I would go every week but now I do t want little ceasars!

Went over there for a pizza at around 10:00 when they close at 11, I waited in line for 20 minutes just for then to tell me at the front of the line, they stopped selling at 10. Why not put up a sign to not waste people's time
