Save your money and order a regular pepperoni. Disappointed for sure
You can count the pepperoni in the picture if you want...not 100....and supposed to be no crust. Check before you walk away

They close the inside at 7:30 so you can't pick up your online order in store and are forced to wait in the drive through that wraps around the building and hang up on you when you call to ask why the inside is closed during business hours

Horrible service definitely not professional with the loud music one of the workers were playing off their phone . They told me to go to the front and they never came out to give me my food I had to go in . They can definitely do better with the professionalism and the customer service . Action definitely needs to be taken here

Worst experience in a drive thru location ever. They didn't close until 10 got there at 8:50 for a 8:25 pick up and door was locked and drive thru had 6 cars and had to wait 30 minutes for an order that was paid for! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

This place should change management. 9 people inside of store 2 or 3 people working while the other 6 stand in the back. 20 cars waiting while they chat.

DANGEROUS and UNTRAINED STAFF
I will not be going back to this location.
On Friday, December 12th, I placed an order via the app and sent my 22 y.o. daughter to pick up the order. Upon arrival she was told that someone had already picked up the order. This was not true because no one had gone up there from my household.
While I was on the phone with her and in the process of sending her order information and details to show the cashier, the staff behind the counter started arguing with another customer for messing up their order as well. They started yelling at each other and the customer asking what time the employee got off work because he was going to come back with his homeboys and fight the employee. Instead of diffusing the situation in front of other customers, the employee started telling the customer that he didn't have to wait until he got off work, that they could go outside and fight right there and then... Then several men got off a truck and started running around the store to the back of the establishment.
I told my daughter to get out of there immediately!
On Monday, December 22nd I called corporate to ask for a refund and report the incident. I was told I would get a refund and that they apologized for the incident.
Here I am on Friday, December 19th calling corporate to check the status of my refund but no one ever answering and being on the phone for over 40 minutes...
I decided to call my bank and file a dispute instead.
It is terrible that this establishment has gone from bad to worst and bringing a bad reputation to our community. It may be time for Little Ceasars to leave this community if they are going to keep hiring people that don't give a damn and bring the value of our community down!

This location is terrible. Horrible customer service and wait time up to 1 hour or more for one single pizza even if ordered ahead of time over the phone or on the app. Not to mention overcooked crust with a raw undercooked middle. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt plenty of times. The final straw was when I went back inside and asked for the cookies they sometimes give out for my child and the young lady tossed them over the counter and some even landed on the floor.

Affordable, Friendly and Clean.
All of my family members have been greeted with such family friendly staffed who are always polite.
It is so remarkable how mature all of the young staff is and how kid friendly each of their interactions is with our family.
All 3 teenage boys and 1 teenage girl are always so respectful and kind
Even at rush hours times, they are so kind and organized. We love this location.
The staff is also bilingual making it easy for all of family members capable of making an order. 🙏🏻

If your white they give you the oldest pizza while they give the other races the pizza that just came out of the oven. Pizza had light sauce right of the hot and ready side and the pizza wasn't fully done I wish there is a no star button

As a routine customer, I am at lost for words for my experience today! I had the worst experience at this location. These employees lack customer service skills and professionalism! I decided to try the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for the first time. When I got home to try it, the pizza was extremely salty. I contacted Little Caesar’s at 7:47pm and asked to speak to a manager. The male informed me that his name was Juan and he was the manager. I told him the pizza was too salty for my family and I, so we had to throw away the slices of pizza. He informed me to bring the pizza back and he would exchange it for a regular stuffed crust pizza. After waiting, almost 30- minutes in the drive thru, I get to the window to explain my issue to a heavy set Hispanic employee who I initially received my order from. I informed him that I spoke to Juan the manager and he’s expecting me to exchange a pizza. The employee told me there’s no manager by the name of Juan there then I had to show him my call log for proof and then he finally asked me for the pizza. He then stated that he was the manager and I said well I spoke to you. So then, he starts talking to another employee and this skinny Hispanic employee comes to the window and said, I’m the manager and I have to charge you the full amount for the regular stuffed crust pizza because 3 slices of pizza are missing. My family members got a slice of pizza and threw it away because it was too salty. I informed him that the slices were thrown away and he could just discount the regular stuffed crust pizza. He then said, no you have to pay full price for the pizza. There was a Hispanic female with these two Hispanic employees talking over and looking at the pizza with the box open among each other. These employees spread their germs over this pizza even though I was not going to eat the pizza. I asked the skinny Hispanic male what I was supposed to do with the inedible pizza and he told me I could throw it away. I told the employee to hand me the pizza so I could get pictures and I will throw it away. I informed the skinny Hispanic male that I would be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint. I will never return to this location for any service.

Their pretzel crust pizza is nothing like what's advertised online or what we've gotten at other locations. They just put salt on a regular crust pizza, and didn't even cut it.
Also, the employees have a constant attitude and it's super dirty inside.

This store does not have a working number or they just don't want to answer the phone. I made an honest mistake of placing an order of 10 pizzas at the wrong location and tried to cancel it right away. I tried calling several times all day where the phone just rang until it hung up. I tried calling corporate and they said they will reach out to them to have them contact me. It's been 3 business days and still nothing. I had to place a dispute with my bank card to get my refund. Need new management at this location. I had no problems talking to a person at the correct location for the order I needed.
