People that walk into the store cannot get any specials because the lady that works there said that she doesn't have any buttons for the specials you only can call it online that is a huge problem for Pizza Hut because they are losing a lot of money like that something needs to change

AVOID TEAL RUN PIZZA HUT LIKE THE PLAUGE!!! You are better off going to little Caesars accross the street. Bad customer service. Dirty as hell. I'm surprised I didn't get sick from eating the food.

Customer service is awful. The manager working the cash register when I cam was so rude and nasty to me. Not once did I receive any notification of my pizza being ready. Which is fine because I was early. However, her facecioulsy requesting payment with no confirmation of my food being ready was not cool. Then when I asked if they had cheese and pepper flakes, she gave me an attitude. Also the pizza was not good. Which sucks because the last time I was there it was pretty decent. Not sure what changed. I do not recommend. Maybe it was a bad night. Either way my experience sucked.

From the moment I walked in, Tianna’s warm smile and amazing customer service set the tone. I ordered a Meat Lover’s Pizza, and she not only quoted me a pickup time but beat it by three whole minutes — talk about impressive!
When I opened the box, oh my goodness… the steam hit my face, and the aroma was pure heaven. The pizza was piping hot, loaded with fresh, flavorful toppings, and cooked to absolute perfection. The store itself was spotless, which made the whole experience even better.
Five stars without a doubt — thank you, Tianna, for turning my Pizza Hut visit into a delicious little moment of joy! 🍕✨

Ordered a square pan pizza and received a round regular pizza. I only ordered for the specific pizza I wanted, would have been nice to know that was not an option. Food was fine except one pizza was undercooked. Otherwise, no issues.
