I hate to leave a negative review, but feel like I needed to share my experience. I ordered the quesabirria plate and I was looking forward to enjoying my lunch.The tacos were filled nicely with meat and cheese but when I took a bite, I realized that it was lacking seasoing. So I went ahead and dipped it in the consome, which didn't make it any better becasue it was also missing seasoning.As I said, this was my lunch and I was determined to make it work out so I used the red sauce (very spicy)and green sauce (mild and tasty) along with the lime to try and salvage the meal, but it jus didnt work out. From the picture, you can see that I couldnt even force myself to finish the second or third taco. And I hate to waste food but I really couldn't do it. I'll probably try their regular tacos or quesadilla in the future but most definitely will never get this again.

Pretty good taco truck in the area! I got the quesabirria plate and one gordita campechana. The quesabirrias were filled with plenty of meat (some taco trucks tend to skimp out) but it was lacking in seasonings. It was a bit bland buuuuut those salsas were SO good it made up for it. The red one was really spicy and the green one was creamy plus had good flavor. The consomé was also pretty bomb and not oily like some other places. I would defs get this plate again. Now on to the gordita, I don’t know about y’all but I’m used to only having meat, cheese, and beans in my gorditas so this one threw me off in the best way possible. It had lettuce, queso fresco, and sour cream. At first I didn’t know what to think from appearance alone, but that first bite was so crispy and flavorful that I was immediately hooked. I had never had a variation like this one and I’m definitely a fan. You def have to check this place out - will be coming again in the future!

Ordered Quesabirria tacos and they were fantastic in size for the price but absolutely no flavor, not even the consume. Decided to just eat the meat to see if maybe it was my taste buds but no, the meat has no seasoning, the consume has no flavor and I tried it with a spoon. Disappointed but will go back to try something different.

Price gouging if you want to save a buck don’t eat here I was just there two week ago the food is ok but the portions are small so I didn’t mind because it wasn’t that pricey but when I went back today ordered the same thing but this time the price is higher so I’m guessing who’s ever taking your order at the time is the person giving out the prices because I asked did they go up on the prices was told no but yet my food cost more this time smh lol so moving forward that place is a no for me and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone it’s hard to support small businesses they are always trying to get over

The food was very stale and the wait was just too long. There's other tacos trucks around that have very fresh and tasty good. They don't take nearly as long. The last time I ordered from los Perez. I added double vegetables and chicken on a torta. I only received the regular amount. I don't know if it was a lack of awareness or if they just didn't care.
