My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original...

This place is delicious. I work in the mall and eat here pretty frequently, I've never had a bad meal here. Everything's always fresh and everyone who works there are extremely nice. Manager is super friendly. Place is always clean.

Had a really great experience today, the lady giving samples was very sweet and polite and gave me a in depth explanation of what was being given out as well as the cashiers Diana and aurora they were quick on their feet despite the long lines and orders. All employees were very polite and respectful, I wasn’t sure what to order and they were very friendly and patient. Overall my food was delicious and I would come back again. Great service !!!
