“Charlie's is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat if you're looking for something a little different than your normal chain restaurants even though it is a chain restaurant it still is a little different for us because we don't eat there on a regular basis. the service is good at this location and so is the food it was nice and hot and tasted fresh.“

“Love there food. Always yummy. Pretty reasonable on price although I can't remember if was $1-10 per person or $10-20 per person. I think it depends on what your getting. Philly cheese steak is delicious. Great burger and fries too.

“This was such a great experience. We live in Texas City and haven’t had the chance until today. Starting with the welcoming, warm customer service to the absolute BEST Cheese Steak we have ever had. “The philly cheesesteak is awesome. The cashier was friendly, but one of the workers shot me some angry looks as I took photos. She didn't seem very friendly when interacting with other customers either. The floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to it as I walked. Eww. But, the food was top notch.“

“I don’t know how I went this long without trying his place when it’s so close to my house. So freaking good, had it delivered on DoorDash. Phillies were hot and smothered with cheese and onions, disco fries were to die for. 10/10 will be devouring again.“

“My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.
Parking: It's a large shopping mall lot.“
