Chick-fil-A is my all time favorite fast food! It is a great atmosphere for children with a playground that is super fun. The waiters are so nice! Another reason why I like it is because Chick-fil-A is a Christian based community. I would definitely recommend this place. Athough, it is a tad bit pricey.

6/14 for the second time in a week I was given sweet tea instead of unsweet as I ordered. I double checked my order to be sure it wasn’t my mistake. It was not. Why can’t they get a simple order correct? 6/7 Got lunch here today, mobile order. I ordered Cool wrap with 2 packets of avocado lime ranch, fruit cup and UNsweet tea. What I received was the wrap, 1 packet of garden ranch, fruit cup, and SWEET tea. I checked the bag when I got there (because most of the time fast food orders are wrong these days) I saw the condiment was wrong and switched that. Didn’t check the tea until much later after I got to work. Couldn’t drink it because of the sugar, so no drink with my meal. Not a great experience

The best way to describe this location is that it SUCKS !!! The food quality is way below par but today was the last straw. I went and ordered a banana shake and waited about ten minutes while many orders after I placed mine were being filled. Finally I just showed them the receipt and ask for my money back. She tried to offer to make it but by then I was just pissed. She then ask the older gentleman working the register why it was not made and he had no clue. He gave me my money back with no I am sorry or anything at all. I then ask for the manager and an Asian -American man came up and said he was the manager. I ask him how hard is it to get a shake around here and he ask why. When I told him he did not care at all. He just said sorry and turned his back on me and walked away. Well Chick-fil-A can kiss my a-- because I will not step foot into not only this one but any other one. I already never eat at the one close to our house at 1757 S Friendswood Drive Friendswood, TX 77546 because it is the nastiest, dirtiest Chick-fil-A we have ever seen.
I went to this Chick Fil A while I was on break this past Saturday afternoon. It was busy but very quick.I ended up getting a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. The chicken was hot and fresh out of the fryer. Even the Bun was hot and soft like it should.The waffle fries were fresh, crispy, and delicious. Perhaps one of my favorite fast food fries. My drink was a Coke. It was so good and it wasn't flat like some of these fast food places.The service was quick and prompt. The ambiance is like how a busy mall should be. Will definitely return!!
