Food tasted great but they forgot my chick fil a sauce and gave me a medium Dr Pepper when we ask for a large and asked for sauce. We’ll still come back but just make sure y’all pay better attention next time 😊

Sometimes all the tables are full. We like coming here for something fast that’s not a greasy burger or burrito. The salads are delicious, and of course so are their fries. In fact, there’s very little on the menu that isn’t good. They also have gluten free options!
Dietary restrictions: You can easily eat gluten free here. Salads with grilled chicken, grilled chicken sandwiches on a gf bun, or grilled nuggets with fries (dedicated fryer), fruit, or side salad.

My husband and I moved to Friendswood about 6 months ago. We love Chick Fil A and go pretty frequently. The first few times we went, there were simple things wrong with our orders but was never really a big deal (missing straws, sauces, etc). After the past few times, we are not going to be visiting this Chick Fil A again. I ordered a wrap this evening and received only half of it in the container. All of the chicken and lettuce was spilled out. Lately, everything is made incorrectly or the wait time is extremely long. The manager was very nice when we called to let her know and offered us a credit for a free wrap. However, we will be driving the 15 extra minutes to the El Dorado location from now on.
Every time I've ordered to go I've had to wait longer than the location next to work. Tonight I waited at an empty counter for a pickup order that was ready when I walked in. I said "excuse me" three times before someone acknowledged me.

I have a food allergy and can’t eat the fried chicken. I order grilled nuggets every time and they can only get it right about 7 out of 10 times. Tonight I get home to find grilled nuggets in my bag and now left with nothing to eat. I shouldn’t have to double check their work every time, but I suppose I have to if they won’t.

Sandwiches are always good, staff always friendly and professional. The only bell they can’t ring is the waffle fries. Undercooked. If eating there, I don’t order them anymore. If take out, I have to finish cooking them in the air fryer. Almost don’t even do that anymore since the sandwich gets cold in the interim.

I decided to bring my grandson here for dinner and to play in the play place. I was shocked by how filthy the dining room was. Multiple tables were sticky and covered in greasy food. Trash left on tables everywhere. And the play place doors and windows were covered with fingerprints and grime. It was obvious the dining room was unattended to all day. In addition, I ordered food at 5:00 and by 5:45 still hadn't received my order. I had to pull my grandson out of the play place to check on our food order. They had to remake it and never apologized for missing the order. Posting this so hopefully management can get these issues taken care of.
