Ordered online when I got there I literally was standing while the females was holding a conversation while texting the other finally decided to ask me k needed too place a order. The cinnabon was hard doughy cold with very little icing about the worst experience in food quality and service. ???

If you can get past the rude "workers" at cinnabon the food is pretty damn good.The rolls barely had anymore icing, since it melted off. I asked for more the wanted to charge. It would be understandable if their was a lot, but hardly any was on it

Anthony was very kind and accommodating. I loved nuts and asked him if I could have additional nuts and he politely said yes. I was so disappointed that the system didn’t work which would allow me to give a tip for his kindness and beautiful smile. Unfortunately I don’t carry cash. Thank you Anthony

The menu offers various packs ranging from 4 packs to 15 packs depending on what you want. However, when you order they claimed not to have those items and only want to sell you a very large pack. No customer service and very unprofessional.

This location is not updating their prices on their board, and they are aware of it which is what is upsetting. I noticed after being charge. I told the cashier and he said they never keep up with that, and that it's been like that forever. They charge you more than posted, which is misleading to the customers. I reached out to cinnabon customer service to inform them about this.I was then contacted by the owner. The response was basically using covid as an excuse as to why they haven't updated the board and that they don't make millions of dollars. I then replied I understand as it has affected everyone not just small franchise business. I said a small handwritten or type note anywhere in your store would suffice. Of course they never did that!

I got there just as the worker was pulling some fresh ones out of the oven. My drink and cinnabon rang up on the register different than the price on the sign but I didn't say anything. The drink was only a 15¢ discrepancy so I assumed the bon was probably not much more than that. I was so focused on getting to my car to tear into it that I forgot my phone. When I walked back in the two workers were trying to see who it belonged to I suppose. I'm glad they picked it up off the counter and put it behind the register. They happily handed it over when they saw me walking up.
