I’ve been twice now where they’re closed or the “kitchen is closed”. Both times were before the time they are supposed to close. Y’all need to change the times on google or get it together. I saw another review where the manager is unprofessional and that’s what I got from this experience. After being asked “how can I help you” and then “the kitchens closed”

We were there at 5pm the day after Christmas and we heard the young woman on staff working the drive through with the headset and pretty weave telling the manager, “No I will not be going on break right now, you don’t tell me when to go on break. I take a break when I want to.” He remained professional but speechless and went about working. My children were shocked and one said “that’s so unprofessional!” and my other child said “wow she can say that? “This is Friendswood. We shouldn’t have that kind of disrespect going on at our local ice cream shop for everyone to see. Even another customer, a gentleman gave a look of disgust hearing that. And before that she was just standing around going on and on about what piercings she wanted and when she was going to get them while the poor manager was trying to get orders done. And when the gentleman asked about his order that young woman berated another female coworker blaming her for being so slow. It makes it so hard to have to come in as a customer to that atmosphere, just imagine how the staff and managers feel. I really hope things get better for our neighborhood Dairy Queen.

They closed the store 19 minutes before their closing time. Manager and attendant were outwardly rude. Worst experience.

Ice cream didn’t taste good made our stomachs upset. Bugs crawling around on the floor in the lobby hadn’t been swept seems like in a while

Explains why no one is there. No slushies (even though on their menu) and nothing else available besides vanilla icecream. Not even chocolate or twist… I’ve never seen a DQ like that. Won’t be back.

The salad was a JOKE...the container was literally half empty. I had to go home and ADD MORE LETTUCE, GRILLED CHICKEN AND CHEESE. I've repeatedly called over and over to nobody answering the phone.

I’m probably never eating here anymore. This men on shift today around 3:50pm was just horrible. I ordered only a small dipped cone and a banana split with no nuts. He kept asking as if it were complicated and then handed me the banana split with no bag?????? Seriously, the customer service was horrible. I’m eating the banana split now out of the freezer and see he didn’t even add the strawberries with syrup as usual.

Google says you close at 10PM. Went last night at 9:30 and door was locked and nobody would answer the drive thru.

I ordered the Dr. Pepper Patty Melt today and the bacon it was supposed to come with was substituted with turkey bacon. When I placed my order I was not informed that the restaurant was out of actual bacon or that there would be a substitution.

We showed up at 10:30 on Saturday but people were inside but they claimed that they were closed but on Google showed it to be open till 11. They turned us away and they couldn’t change the time online. Not a great way to get my customers in your restaurant. I get they probably wanted to go home and close up the restaurant but they need to work on better communication online and deal with customers on a more professional level.
