5 stars for the Manager name Carlos!! He made the night for my son who was visibly upset when he noticed he lost his playcard. Someone found it and used up our tickets but Carlos was understanding and empathetic when we explained our situation. He was able to replace our tickets and my son walked away happy and grateful. We will be returning to this establishment and enjoy our time Thank you!!!!

I've been coming here for years and Israel just got promoted. Suddenly whoever serves me (bartender) started putting a shot glass with my tab so when I asked what that was about she said everyone was doing it...... I was like ok..... I've been there many times and nobody I mean nobody else has a shot glass with their tab on it. I was there tonight and there were some white couples next to us and didn't have a shot glass with a tab..... I really felt uncomfortable...

Wonderful & attentive service. Food was great and the agent at the desk was very helpful/informative. My first time at this location and the only thing I felt was missing was the bowling experience. I was sad to hear that this location did not add the feature how ever from top to bottom the place was very clean. It was worth the new experience
