NO!!! Ordered from here three times since living in Friendswood (9 months), two of the three took well over an hour and pizza was cold for both. Latest order at 7:22, pizza left at 8:11…showed up at my house “cold” at 8:45. Never will an order come from my home again.

My family has been choosing dominos for years. Last several orders have been incorrect. Last order i placed at store waited 45 minutes only to discover my order was never placed. My money was returned and I was told that my next pizza was free and the coupon would be stored under my phone number, it was not and the manager was completely indifferent to the situation. This place has gone down hill in every regard. Steffanos, Birroporettis, Gina's are more expensive but the pizza and service are worth it. GOODBYE DOMINOS!

Absolutely horrible service. We always order from this location, however, lately they have been rude and do what they want. 2 hours to make a single pizza is crazy. And when you go up there they don't help. You get ignored.

Ordered twice from this location recently, thinking the first time was an anomaly. Both times the pizza was very below average (and even substandard ‘za is usually OK). The second time, the treatment I received when I “tried” to pick up the pie I’d ordered/paid for with the app was shocking… I saw my pizza, with my name on it, sitting on a shelf completely accessible to patrons and when I went to reach for it, an employee actually yelled at me, as he rushed at me from somewhere in the back. The fact that they also charge extra for fake Parmesan cheese is just hilarious. Take your OCD meds dude and try to breathe. Oh, and don’t worry ~ I’ll never be back again to challenge your fragile “auth-or-i-ty.”

It said my order was ready 10 minutes before it was actually ready. They did not include my marinara sauce. Probably the worst cut pizza I have ever seen, half the pizza was also uncut.

I don’t blame the works but it’s understaffed here and the workers themselves aren’t actually moving in terms of making the pizza and say that the pizza is ready in the app when in reality it’s barely being made don’t go here if your in a rush because you’ll be waiting 40 minutes just for 2 pizzas

OK! So it's Lent and a meatless Friday! I ordered a pan pizza with mushrooms and black olives today (Friday). Much to my dismay, I inadvertently ate a piece of chicken that was on my pizza that I didn't realize was chicken until too late. I knew immediately by the texture. This is not my first rodeo with these people. The ONLY reason I continue to place orders with them is because there are coupons offered!
