Very disappointed in both the quality of the food as well as the service.
We made a reservation that evidently got lost in there system despite us receiving text confirmation.
We were asked about our drinks, received them and one serving of sides for the table, and never saw our server again for over 35 minutes. We never got refills on drinks or sides.Only showed up when it was time for the bill.
It was my son's birthday and they didn't get him the Lobster tail that he ordered.
The meat was very grisley and fatty. If you asked for a certain cut they would say ok and you never saw them again. They would take most of the meat off the skewer and then go out on the floor with 4 or less pieces, serve those and then go to the back and wait (you could see them standing and waiting for whatever reason.)
The salad bar was not very big. Not even half the size of the one at Texas de Brazil. They advertised lobster bisque and many other things that were not on the salad bar.
My son had been talking about going to this for over a month. I'm so upset that something that was supposed to be special went so horrendously.
Texas de Brazil costs less, has way more salad area offerings, brought out meat consistently, and had excellent service. Never going to Fogo de Chao again.

Nice place but the food is not worth the price IMO. We all had a stack of uneaten steak because it was inedible. Super fatty and tough, impossible to chew and we tried several different cuts from different servers. We had brunch and the waffle maker was broken as well.

Hands down Cameron was an amazing waiter very attentive but not aggressive and Damien was also very cool really did a good job with suggesting the different cuts of meats

place has gone downhill drastically, we come here often for birthdays and special days but now its just a horrible place with horrible service and even the food is disgusting now, save ur money and time and go to texas de brazil because fogo de chao aint it no more

From the time we entered this restaurant to the time we left it was an amazing experience… the staff was amazing from waitress, to servers, and the managers!!! Amy was awesome!!!

We had such an amazing experience at this location thanks to the manager, Avery. Our daughter is anaphylactic to eggs which makes dining out difficult but he went above and beyond to ensure she had a safe, incredible meal. We will be regular, dedicated patrons to this restaurant now. Thank you so much to Avery and his amazing staff.

Angela and Carlos rewrote our Fogo Experience from the one we had in westheimer and showed us on how a VIP would feel like at a restaurant. If you want an enjoyable experience with your friends and family without having to feel like you have to be “someone throwing money around ” to get great service, come to this location. We came in summer wear on the spur of the moment and enjoyed every moment of it. Hunter was awesome too, we received an great service on flavour education on the meat selection and different cuts plus he had a great sense of humour.
Also, its great that this location hires great servers! We had Cam who was an amazing server at a different restaurant we frequented at and now he works here.
Update: 7/23/26. Jaden, Damien, and Jordan were great servers to help our dining experience. Knowledgable and helpful with a side of jokes and laughter. Thanks again, guys !
