I had the Tropical Salad with salmon at Gloria’s Latin Cuisine, and wow—10/10! The salad was fresh and vibrant, loaded with pineapple, mango, mandarin, strawberries, and raspberries. The grilled salmon was seasoned beautifully and cooked just right—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Light, refreshing, and full of flavor. Highly recommend if you’re craving something healthy and delicious!

Food was great, not AMAZING but definitely a place to relax and share a brunch with friends. I ordered the 3 pupusas and the price was budget friendly, the meal size even BETTER. Definitely try it out...

They have such a grand variety of Latin foods, I'd make sure to look over the menu at least 3 times. So many great dishes.

Service was great, the first waiter was in a rush to clock out her shift but the second waiter we had was very attentive, she was able to quickly take over and had such a great personality.

Very loud place but that is to be expected. There's many places to try out at Baybrook but you definitely don't want to miss out on Gloria's.

Miguel was our waiter. He was friendly and made sure his tables were taken care of. He made sure our food was hot and kept checking on us to make sure we had what we need. Food and drinks were delicious and on point as always!

Excellent. Food is great but also the Signature margarita is REALLY good. They limit 2 per person on menu because despite how strong it is it’s very very smooth. Really enjoyed dinner/date night here.

The server at my table need to learn etiquette, I forgot to unlock my card and he came charging to my room able yelling out loud to that I need to give him a new card and made a big scene. I unlocked my card and told him to go try it again. It was a simple mistake not worth him trying to cause a scene and embarrass customers.
