My favorite boba place!!! Been going to different gongcha location but this one makes the best drink.

The last two times I've come, there's this employee that isn't following basic hygiene rules. The first time, she sneezed into her hand, touched the utensils used for toppings, and decided to "wash" her hands afterward with running water and no soap. The second time, she openly coughed in the gap next to the toppings. Prior to this experience, the drinks were good, and the service was fine.

Ive been to other Gong Cha locations before and have had a great experience every time so I was excited to see there was one closer to home. I ordered two creme brulee brown sugar milk teas with tapioca, the drink that was supposed to have the tapioca didn't have any even though I had already paid for it. I mentioned it to the employee and she asked if she could just put it on top of the drink, I said yes expecting the drink to still come out as I've received it before at other locations. There was then no creme brulee on top whatsoever. A small layer of foam that melted does within two minutes. Every time I've ordered this at other locations it comes with a thick layer of foam that is crisped and doesn't melt down at all. The drink tasted nothing like I've had before, nothing more than a plain brown sugar milk tea for the extra the price. I will not be returning to this location at all. I'll continue to drive down the street to Tea Time instead.

Visited for the FFXIV crossover, the drinks are really good! We sat in and listened to the music while trying different teas, it has a nice soothing atmosphere. Even with a rush of customers, the employees were very polite and efficient!

First time visiting this place and the staff was very nice and helpful. With so many delicious treats it was hard to make a decision. I chose the strawberry milk slush and it was very good. nice dining area. I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

I love that they make it so easy to control the sweetness and ice in my drink. I had the creme brule with boba, and it was delicious! I can't wait to try some of the other flavors. I'm a customer for life!

The tea is really good, fast service and the interior seems cozy but the atmosphere is not welcoming at all. I’ve tried to sit down and stay in store but the employees stare at you like they rather you not. Every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve felt so uncomfortable and the employees don’t help when they are yelling at you to get your order or just down right don’t try to interact with you in a polite manner.
