This place never dissapoints. Food is always so fresh and delicious. Flavors are spot on. And then whole staff treats you like part of the family.
Heard about this 6 or 7 years ago and I'm just now going. I've been missing out all this time. Excellent food, drink and staff. I will definitely go back for dinner but I can't wait to go for breakfast! I highly recommend seafood enchiladas and Cadillac margarita.

I've been a regular at Habanero's Tex Mex, having visited with a client on at least four occasions, and each time, the food has surpassed expectations. Recently, I decided to introduce my wife to the experience as we were seeking a change from our usual dining spots. Suggesting Habanero's, she agreed, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover they served drinks. Prompted by the friendly hostess, we opted for their house margarita, which turned out to be absolutely phenomenal! While I've attempted to try other items on the menu, I find myself consistently drawn back to their carnitas. The flavor and generous portions never disappoint. It's safe to say that Habanero's Tex Mex has become our go-to spot for lunch, with its welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and reasonable prices sealing the deal.

This little place has the absolute BEST authentic Mexican food! Do not let the location mislead you. It is a family-owned restaurant that is small, not many tables that seat two people, but you can sit at the bar and watch the grill magic that takes place behind the counter. Weekday lunch times are busy here. Wonderful and friendly wait staff there, too. Chips with tomato salsa and green sour cream salsa (my FAV!) are served while you wait for your meal. Today, I had the Mole Poblano off-menu lunch special which was so amazing... Chunks of shredded chicken breast topped with poblano gravy topped with sprinkled sesame seeds. (sorry I couldn't wait to try my meal before I took my photo!)My hubby always gets the lunch Carnitas de Puerco which are so flavorful... super tender fried pork chunks topped with homemade tomatillo salsa. Their Margaritas are so tasty and fresh--not too tangy or sweet. Just plain DELICIOUS! Meals are very reasonably priced, as well. I would eat here everyday if I lived nearby. HA HA!Parking: Parking can be difficult, especially at the weekday lunch hour. Busy strip parking lot and gas station nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a very small restaurant... If using a wheelchair, I would go when they are not too busy. However, I am sure they will accommodate you. Wonderful waitstaff!

I have absolutely NO complaints!! Finally ordered for myself this time after always picking up orders for my customers. Both of our dishes were AMAZING!!! I put the photos and names of them in my review! This is a good definition of "hole in the wall" kinda place with BOMB food. Employees are very nice and attentive! MUST TRY! Oh,the sauce for the shredded chicken enchiladas is to DIE for lol,i was lapping it up like a puppy lol

DO NOT LET THE Gas Station mislead. This lovely place is right out of the heart of Southern Mexico. Incredible selection and all is perfectly prepared. This place, an 70 minute drive, is worth it and the prices are very good! Rather make the drive and enjoy perfectly prepared authentic food!

We loved this place but I find it very odd that when I called to let them know they made our order incorrectly we didn't receive an apology or anything of the sort. The girl who answered the phone didn't sound very happy to be there. She also showed a lot of attitude with my husband when he went to return the food made incorrectly. She made a snarky comment to him. This is on the morning of the 29th of feb. I would reconsider who you have answering your phones. Other than that the food was great but unfortunately we will never go again.
