Honestly, this is the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was so nice, friendly, and in great spirits. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request by using a different board and knife, even cleaning the entire cutting board for us. I truly appreciate great customer service whenever I see it, and this team definitely delivered. Please give them a raise or recognition because they were all amazing! Thank you

People making the sandwich where kind of rude when I asked what was in the number 7 sandwich. If you don't want to tell people how a sandwich is made then work somewhere else. Next time I'll just go somewhere else like Jasons deli

What’s not to love about jersey mikes? They do a good job at keeping this location up to par.

The food is good and I appreciate the convenience, but the prices are kind of insane. I also feel like I have been getting less meat in my sandwich as the price increases.

What is the issue can no jersey Mike's afford to hire people who can follow directions or read? No onions no peppers means DO NOT put on the sandwich. For being as slow as they were tonight I would expect better. We all know the one in texas city, dickinson area can't read why would you have the same working in friendswood. Thank God I have an epipen otherwise my first bite I wouldn't be able to write this. I'll just got to the pizza place next door for now on. Jersey Mike's does not need our buisness any longer.

The whole team on Sunday night at 7:30pm needs to be retrained or have the manager terminated. Extremely poor service. Poured 1/4 of the bottle of oil on the sandwich and was told that’s a soggy sandwich you just made he laughed. We said that’s way too much. He said well it is what it is. The other sandwich was not cut. When I took it to show them they laughed said take that away. Once it’s over the counter we do not have anything to do with it. Do not go to this location until this act is cleaned up.

These guys are fast, efficient and friendly. They are always asking how my day was.

The sandwiches always hit the spot. They are fresh, delicious and fulfilling. Highly recommend #8 and #9 clubs or if you want a hot sandwich, the #43.

Pro Tip: sign up for the JM's reward program, trust me it adds up! They owe me like 4 subs at this point 😂
