Someone needs to remove the counter person because she has zero knowledge of the menu. She kept on saying "I don't know because I don't eat this food."The way I see it, she'll drive away customers instead of ordering. I should know since her lack of knowledge and demeanor caused me to leave and have lunch at Wendy's instead.Do yourself a favor owners: Hire someone who will at least know what menú offerings are and what they taste like.

The food has kinda dropped in quality recently. Fries are almost always soggy and tasteless now, which is a shame.The portions and pricing is still solid though.

When this was first put in next to Kroger, I had really high hopes as I had heard the quality of meat would be better than your average burger joint. The prices also seemed lower. But unfortunately I wasn't blown away with the quality of food . Their food is just a grease trap and although maybe a little cheaper there are just so many better options literally around the corner . " Locals " and " 1895" just to name a few . Service was ok if not a little slow . It's somewhat small on the inside so when it gets crowded it can be loud . This place was a one and done for me .

First time to order from JLB Eatery thru DoorDash. My neighbor highly recommended your restaurant. WOW !! DOUBLE WOW!! The hamburger is HUGE and so tasty!! I love the fresh made bun, the grilled smoked hamburger made just like I like it! I ordered the combo with fries and the fries were crispy and just right! I’m sure the food is good, but I just tried to go grab food after work @ 7:40 and they were already closed. The door said 8pm…. Who closes a dinner restaurant at 7:40pm? Disappointing.

Ordered the bacon avocado burger in a lettuce wrap with the fries and drink combo and it was all excellent. The burger was seasoned really well and would’ve been delicious even without toppings. Very good thick, seasoned fries too. Spent a little more than $18 after adding a tip. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Definitely on my list to return.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free buns available, but the lettuce wrap option was done very well. Rather than being wrapped in lettuce, the burger was placed on top of a nice thick and crispy chunk of iceberg lettuce. It’s a nice dine-in option.
