some of the employees are very racist. My wife has left the store crying three times after she received hurtful treatment by them. We will never shop krogers again

I don’t recommend this or any other Kroger any longer due to the fact that they never have cashiers I just checked out over $200 worth of groceries that I had to do myself at the self check out. When I left I asked the male that was working the self checkout area if they were ever going to have cashiers anymore and he with a unkind tone said yes we have cashiers now I told him when I got in line there was no one checking anyone out he shrugged his shoulders and said she’s on nine right now. His tone was not friendly or pleasant.

Buyer beware! Bait and switch on cheesecake in the bakery department. I remember the time when Kroger made a price mistake, they would either give the customer the lowest price or give the item to the customer and a refund. Today when this Kroger apparently left a sale sign up past its intended time, they just say that the customer was wrong, or in other words, untruthful.

Always clean and people are always so sweet n accommodating! I am sorry to say I saw 2 people not wearing their mask today n it's now mandatory...wonder if Kroger's is addressing this issue!

Waited 45 minutes on my to go order, when I called back inside asking about how much longer they they told me another 45 minutes!! I had ordered 2 days in advance to make sure everything was there. When I asked to speak to the manager of the store, the guy didn't put me on hold and I heard him tell the to go manager she wants to speak with the real manager. When I spoke to the store manager she was not aware of any of this and pretty much said I'm sorry..... Well me too and now I will shop only HEB!!!!!!!!

Not following the mask order from the Harris County Judge for all employees and shoppers to wear mask. Went to bakery and neat departments and no one was compliant. Reported to Harris County Judge office. Other grocery stores are compliant and have staff at the door, going to take my business to HEB because they care about their employees and shoppers. Manager should be fired.
I have not shopped in the actual store sine March 21st I ONLY put in a Grocery order with Kroger their Store Shoppers Are EXCELLENT With Produce Meats they ck expire dates everything fresh N my ice cream frozen foods kept cold til we get there & I Pickup ONLY Outside also the service is "Free" I go every 10 days has been A Perfect situation since I'm High Risk Thanks Kroger on FM 528 EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES AND ALL MANAGERS
