Got there about 9:20 on Labor Day evening. Two women were standing around and the store was empty. Fine, whatever, if there's no customer, do what you do. Except, the counter was dirty, ice cream puddles and cone crumbs all over. Same with the tables. Kinda bad when people are just standing around but I don't pay them . My biggest issue was that I chose this particular location because on their site it said a quart of ice cream was $14.99 which is $1-$2 cheaper than the other 2 locations near me and I figured I could get in and out quick. The $14.99 quart ended up being $24 and some change. $9 almost for snickers mixed in and 4 cones. Every other location gives you at least 2 cones with their over priced ice cream included with the quart. She said the cones were $3 so $5 plus for one snicker bar??? That's UNREASONABLE. I will NEVER go back to this location again.

They messed our order up even though my wife was right there telling them exactly what she wanted. I was a little frustrated with that so in order to not have that experience personally, I just got a scoop of the mango sherbet. Not that good.

Dirty marble slab more like it, had about three extra flavors mixed into my ice cream because the teenagers that work there don’t care about health codes. Go somewhere else if you want clean ice cream.

Customer service was horrible the lady serving my ice cream was not very nice. This a hair in my ice cream I let the lady know she was very rude about it!. Will never come this marble slab ever again!!!

I was in line waiting and I witness the lady working there in gloves touching money then serving ice cream with the same gloves! I asked her if she can change her gloves because I seen her running cashier & serving ice cream she said no I can’t keep changing gloves. How about you wash your hands if you don’t want to pay for gloves.Seriously this is not right I seen her touch the ice cream with the back of her glove.

The young person behind the counter was VERY RUDE and basically called me a liar. The quality of the milkshake was poor at best and had the consistency of water. When I showed her that she said it was my fault because of the mixings I had added. I have had the same shake there on numerous occasions and I have NEVER had one like this. I threw it away in front of her and the person that had made it and she said NOTHING. She is always condescending when we go in there and I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN AS LONG AS I AM BREATHING. She should be fired for the way she not only acts but in the way she interacts with other customers as well. Marble Slab will NEVER get another penny of my hard earned money. I am sure that I will not receive a phone call or a message back since I said that but that will only reaffirm what I think about Marble Slab as a company .By the way way, when my wife who was behind me in line and was next to order went to order her sundae from the j*** who treated us like crap she ask if we were together and I said yes. She said that she was going to skip her and take the next person in lines order. I told that as slow as the other employee was that I would be done with my shake before my wife even sat down at the table. Ice cream should be eaten together and it took that employee 6 or 7 minutes to do my wife sundae and by then I was already done with my s*** shake that I only drank 10% from. Another thing was when my wife went to use her birthday money it was not there. Her birthday was on March 8th and today is the 19th. Birthday money lasts less than 11 days ? I told my wife to leave the sundae and that we would not pay for it. The a****** employee that called me a liar heard that we would not pay for it and she told my wife to just leave and that she did not care.
Horrible staff, all she kept doing for the whole time while serving the icecream was yawning every 5 seconds.
