Been coming here for several years, we went last week (on a Monday night, 3/11) and the service was abysmal. The host ignored us and walked away when we walked in, took his time seating us, and never even greeted us. Very offensive. We should've just walked out then, but the experience was just getting started. Eventually, our overwhelmed waitress shows up and takes our drink orders, and brings back everyone's drink except for the sake ordered, which about 30 minutes later I decided to fetch for myself from the bar. The food was great but also took a while to come out, our kids asked multiple times to leave so we could get faster service. The waitress compensated us with a free roll without us even complaining because the service was that terrible. We're very disappointed and hope something is done to correct these new issues.

The only place I choose to go to get my sushi fix outside of the city of Houston! Try the “Love at first sight” roll and their masa crunch roll. The sushi is TOP TIER as is their service!

Food was so good! Went with some friends to give sushi a second chance after having a not so great introduction to it a few years back lol we've been twice and everything we've ordered from the poki nachos to the full rolls to the fried rice for my kids has been amazing! Def recommend!

First time. Our eldest wanted this for his big 15. The food was very good. I've had sushi and sashimi many times and this ranks top 5. We had several flavors. Fire roll, Houston, California roll, Calamari, Norway(made spicy), Spider Chicken Udon. Presentation was beautiful. Flavors awesome. The atmosphere is quite and dim. We sat at an 'underground' table. It was this neat table that was a split level concept where you stepped down to get to it. Overall great experience and would recommend.Vegetarian options: I feel confident they could accommodate.Parking: So, many handicap spots and a few for all spots in the front of the building. The major parking lot is in the back and accesses the front of the building via a breezeway (true to name on the night we went).Kid-friendliness: Separate kids menuWheelchair accessibility: It's the law. Wheelchair parking in front.
We waited 20 mins to sit down, even though the place was empty. Most of the staff were playing around on their phones. When we finally got seated at a dirty table, we only received 1 menu. I asked to be moved to another table and for another menu. I was told that we would be moved, but they could not give us another menu due to the limited amount they have. I told them thanks, and we walked out.

Absolutely love going to Masa Sushi! The place gets really busy, but it’s because the food is good. I got a bento box and it comes with a lot, so much that I felt so full I couldn’t finish it. Really glad to have a reasonably priced sushi place that tastes amazing. Good service!
