Horrible service. Ordered a quarter pounder plain and dry along with a med fresh fry, homestyle burger meal with mayo/no mustard/with cheese, and a four count nugget. The homestyle burger was incorrect and only one fry came in the bag. Went back thru drive thru and all the mgr could say was calm down. She was going to only fix the homestyle burger and leave the rest of the meal as was. I said no because it would have been cold while waiting. Told her I wanted it remade. Had to go back a third time because she still only put one fry in the bag. Excuse me but, it was not a difficult order and you’re a manager. Get it together. I realize you work at McDonalds but that’s not excuse.

It's typical McDonald's. The employees are always nice and for the most part your orders are correct and prepared quickly.

Kid-friendliness: All kids love Happy meals.

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair friendly. They even have tables just for wheelchairs and a ramp to enter the building.

I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived, the screen indicated that my order was ready. However, there was nothing at the counter, and no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. While I was waiting at the counter, an older gentleman came up looking for a coffee refill. The staff member walked right past me without saying anything.

When I finally got to work and opened my order, I realized the hotcakes were missing from my hotcakes breakfast. I called the location to request a refund, but instead of offering an easy resolution, I was told I needed to come back in because they needed my card. They didn’t ask for my order number or any details, despite the fact that I paid using Apple Pay on the app—something that should be simple to refund.

This experience was disappointing and inconvenient from start to finish. Better service and more attention to orders are definitely needed at this location.

It was not a bad McDonald's, but don't come here for fast food....it is slow food! If they are really busy, it will take a bit. I waited for 12 minutes for my dine in meal. It took a while for them just to wait on me. The trip took from start to finish, 30 minutes, so do not go there if you are in a hurry!

Horrible service, manager on duty was allowing team to go behind the counter to sit with customers, food was made after being told it was going to be 5-6 min for what was left ended up taking over 20 min and when talked to them for the reason or if the food could be remade they made seem like it was my fault, the general manager should be informed on how horrible this store runs with no leader

I ordered two 40 nuggets, four baskets of fries, 10 McDoubles, and 4 hot & spicy McChickens on the app to pick up in the drive-through. This was 2:00 Saturday, December 14. The rude woman working the window had quite an attitude when I asked if it was all there, including the bbq sauce. She rolled her eyes at me and insisted it was all there. I should have checked. When I got home I found that the 10 McDoubles were missing. I called the store to tell them I was coming back for them. When I got there, that same rude woman in the drive-through had no idea what I was talking about and made no effort to help me resolve the problem. Another girl behind her overheard and handed me the bag of burgers. We ate cold burgers and fries. Worst McDonalds experience ever.
