7/28/2025 at 6:30pm. 5’2” Hispanic boy with a mustache brings my order, and because this McDonald’s is notorious for not putting ketchup in your order unless you request it, I asked the kid, did you put ketchup in there? And he says “oh yes I put some ketchup in there”. Again because I know they never do, I pulled over and check, sure enough no ketchup. I walk inside and tell the story to the you girl at the counter and she just laughs like it’s funny, the manager a middle age Latina lady with a red shirt is also laughing. This place is a joke, and those young kids are learning nothing but to be a failure in life, so sad.
