A mall staple for generations. Yes sugar high inducing delights that flood you with memories of Christmas shopping in the late 80s with your grandma and you took a break in the food court before hitting up sears for some sweet flannel. She let you get a cookie the size of your head or one packed with frosting. Yes I now spoil my kids on their birthday with this mess of sugar. Always dear to my heart.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I will no longer shop here for cakes. They were rude on the phone, she didn't understand English very well, then my cane was late. After all that, the order was incorrect. No apology, just attitude.

Why is this place always closed during the day???? I went today around 1:25pm at the one by the baybrook lawn and they had the doors locked. I tried to go a few weeks ago and it was closed too. Oh and why doesn’t a cookie place serve cookies?!
