The only weird thing was that I had ramen and had diarrhea while my family was fine but didn't eat ramen

pretty place nice decore but rather tight space. it’s nice but the feeling is very rushed like they can’t wait to clear you out for the next seating. friendly staff. the food is good but nothing spectacular. about average for the general area. overall if your close great go. but not worth a special drive. and too loud for a relaxed dinner. but decent

Oceans Sushi & Ramen is a true hidden gem! 🍣🍜 The sushi is fresh and beautifully prepared, the ramen is rich and flavorful, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for the best sushi and ramen in Friendswood, this is the place to go!

Sushi was ok. Menus were sticky and stunk. Floors are weirdly slippery. They overwhelm you with choices, most of which are kinda gross combinations. Lots of small upcharges to nickel and dime you. Shumai and takoyaki were ok. Ordered the bento box. Miso had no flavor, tasted like dish water. Frozen egg roll had no texture or flavor. Steak was gritty and covered in a jarred sauce that made me regret walking in. Didn't know that getting shrimp tempura with the meat counted as 2 meats. Charged an extra 10$ for 2 pieces of shrimp tempura. Paid $30 for what you'd be hard pressed to charge $10 in the frozen aisle. At least the service was good.

Great experience, food was artistically prepared. Delicious Bento Box. Extremely pleasant and helpful waitress. My new sushi spot.

Drinks are lovely and hand crafted. I am gluten free so only had some beef with veggies so can’t comment much on the rolls.

If you want some good ramen or miso this is not the place, very very bland and over priced, the charge you an add on even when only substituting. The rolls were okay however I will not be back. Hyped it up for nothing.

So to start off with, this place has good food. The servers are great. The chefs on the other hand do not prep the meals like you see them on the menu. Do not change anything cause they will up harge you 5 more dollars. If you could take them and Masa sushi and have a business them we are talking. Cost more then just go to Masa. Masa has better food verify. I paid twice as much over here than I would else at other places.

Amazing food. Great ramen and atmosphere. 4 stars because they over cooked my lobster. Came back and changed my review to 5 stars after having the truffle red snapper. Best sushi I’ve ever had.
