ordered pizza for delivery, but when I checked the app 10 minutes past the expected delivery time, it showed the food had already been delivered—when I hadn’t received it yet. After calling the restaurant, the pizza showed up an hour later, making the total wait time 1 hour and 45 minutes. The pizza was cold and appeared to have been tampered with, as if the driver had left it at the wrong door and came back for it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

It took them over an hour and 1/2 to get the pizza to my poor door dasher, who'd been waiting and waiting. Then they handed her 3 of the pizzas, and said they were finishing the one I changed. I changed nothing. The one time I could get them on the phone, they said they were figuring it out, gave me no ETA, and said it'll get here. Thanks for no info, Pizza Hut guy. It was bad enough that they gave no info, but then telling my dasher it was my fault they were waiting on the last pizza was shady. They arrived finally, and not one pizza of the 4 we ordered was correct. Not one.

Orders are frequently if not exclusively fulfilled by DoorDash. In this scenario, apparently, liability transfers to DoorDash and good luck talking to a human there, so no one is accountable at all for any errors in your food and you might as well throw your money at the pizza freezer in a grocery store and wish. What a world, yay.

Just don't, seriously. 2 hours for delivery is crazy! It's not just on some occasions, it is their standard now. They forgot our drinks and the pizza was cold, so you will have to reheat it. The young man that delivered was respectful, but that's about it.

Constantly late, never remembers my dipping sauce...for the extremely high price the service is atrocious! Last time I'm eating from here and I'm upset because I love pizza hut but the stress combined with cost just isn't worth it anymore

Worse experience ever and I even dealt with the general manager. He was very rude trying to talk over me I couldn't even talk. I don't care how much myself or children are craving pizza hut I will NEVER give them my business

This place has gone down hill. I ordered 2 pizzas. It took over 2 hours for my pizzas to be ready and they were both wrong. I contacted the store AND made a complaint online. They claimed that my pizza hut account would be credited for two free pizzas. They lied. I was stuck with two dry and burned pizzas. Save your money. Go to Marcos or Grimaldos for pizzas, service and price.

The manager Johnathan informed me that it was my fault that we didn’t get the drink because we should have known to just grab one. We paid 35 dollars for burnt/dry pizza which we clearly typed in our request. I have now been on hold for almost 20 minutes for the down right disrespectful “manager” to review my order I really don’t like doing bad reviews but this is unacceptable

Pizza was extremely cold and over cooked. Cut half a$$. I asked for extra sauce on the pizzas and they barely had any sauce on them….never will go back

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! they messed up my order and forgot items. Took 2 hours for the delivery and was missing some items and food was cold. I called them to get them to fix it and they hung up on me 3 times!!!! I drove there in person and was told i could not get a full refund. Only the GM can give refunds and his isn't there. I should not have to drive to the store to get my issue fixed. Two weeks later i still have no refund. I finally got a hold of the GM at the store who apparently is the only person who can give refunds. It took 2 weeks to get a hold of him. I was even told he would give me a call.....he never gave me a call. Anyways i finally got a hold of him today and he puts me on hold for 35 minutes!! 35 minutes of silence. he never took me off hold and updated me. just left me on hold like i was irrelevant. Totally unprofessional!!!! So again I drive there instead. once i get there in person he comes at me all sideways was interrupting me while i speak and was very rude with his tone and was not understanding of my frustration! He did not give me a good excuse as to why i was on hold for 35 minutes. After all the talking in person he proceeds to tell me i will most likely not get a refund but instead a STORE CREDIT! are you kidding me! What kind of establishment is this! I don't want store credit yalls store is AWFUL!!!! All restaurants should be able to give refunds that is crazy! I am done with all pizza huts! SO MANY PLACES DEFFINITLY OUT PIZZA THEM!

Worst location ever. Yesterday I went to pick up my order and they made 1 pizza wrong out of the 5 I ordered. So the system had an issue and changed the cheese to pepperoni and I ask the guy if they can remake it for me and said the manger said no. He told
Me to call customer service which I did right at the store and the phone custemebr service manger told the guy to fix my issue but he couldn't do anything since because of the manger. I stood in the store for 25min waiting for the manager to come talk to me and he didn't come so I left the pizza at the store and left because I had small children in my car. They still charged me for the pizzas. The manger was sitting in his chair and laughing his butt off on the phone. The employee and I called him multiple time so he can talk to me but still didn't come and acted like I wasn't there. I do not know if he was being racist because I am Asian and he was black but this is not right. This was my first and last time I ordered from this location because of the extremely unprofessional and rude manager he needs to get fired.
I spent $35 on a single delivery pizza, with extra cheese, extra pepperoni. When I got it, it was like a $5 bargain pizza, hardly any ingredients. I brought it to the store, and I got lectured about what I had ordered, with the manager pointing to where the extra ingredients were on my pizza.
They did not offer to make anything better. I left the pizza, and walked away.
Very disappointed, not how things used to be. I guess times change…but so do I, I no longer buy pizza from Pizza Hut.
