Our food order is always made fresh but I tend to have stuff missing from my order every time which is why I didn’t give a 5 star review. Sauces, bread or something - never fails. The girls love it so will for sure go back. I can’t eat here though because nothing is gluten free so I can’t comment on the food - only going by what my family says.

We went thru the drive thru. The food was ok. They put your order in Styrofoam takeout boxes, so when you get home your fries are limp and your chicken strips are soggy. The kids love it, tho, because they smother all of it in Canes sauce. They love the sweet tea, too.

I came here yesterday around 3:30 , I’m a regular here at raising canes . I come 2 times a week .i love the fresh food the tea was super delicious. The Toast was really good , however there was a young lady in the lobby her name is Shanta no idea how too spell her name , she open the doors for me refilled my drinks 3 times took my trash very attentive, I lost my husband here recently and she was very attentive very sweet stood there and talked to me for a while made me feel better . I just needed too vent .”went to the boss in hopes of her not getting her into trouble . After they told her to get back too work . I gave her my business card , i told her get my book I wrote . The bosses were very understanding .the type of place I would want too spend my money at keeps getting better . My favorite meal is the box combo with a sweet tea . Thank you

I came here at 11pm and the workers were very nice and checked up on me and my friends and even asked us if we wanted a refill. Very nice and thoughtful people work here 🙂‍↔️

So I'm a big fan of Rain Canes. However I'm disappointed in this one. The sweet tea in the lobby tasted sour like it's been sitting there all day. So I ask for tea from drive through knowing they been busy should be better right. Nope sour 2.

The service at this canes has always been great. However the fries are awful. Even if I order them ‘extra crispy’ they are ALWAYS soggy.

I get a ordered late at night I did not get my drink even though I ordered the box combo and I felt like I was being pushed out of the drive-thru
