Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Thought I’d do something easy for dinner since everyone loves canes. What a nightmare!! Long line, no big deal it’s Friday night. After waiting as long as I did you’d think your order was correct - nope. Ordered 5 meals got 4. Then had to wait some more…
After we get home 3 orders of the fries are hardly cooked and then one of our combo meals is missing a piece of chicken and another one had a half a piece of chicken. $54 later .. never going to this location again.

Great food but only recommend for drive through. Mobile or door dash orders do not comprehend extra sauce or modifications to orders. But they’ll charge you anyways.

Terrible customer service by the women working the window in a blue shirt tonight. They forgot our two large drinks and she argued with us that we didn’t pay for them, once we produced the receipt she continued to be passive aggressive and didn’t apologize for their mistake!

They need to have better quality of fresh fry … I come here very often but each time the fries 🍟 are worse and worse I don’t know if is the oil not being changed or the potatoes quality

Its one thing to get things mixed up but when you do it with an attitude, it makes it look like it was done on purpose than an accident. Everytime, we come to this location. They always mess it up somehow, and sometimes like today, it was messed up and the person wants to be rude about it. Need to do better, be like the League City location, or if you mess up, be like the La Marque location where they are at least nice and apologetic about it.

Very slow to give the food and girl queuing from the street very slow here I have never been in a cane very slow first in my life

This ppl forgot abt our order and we were waiting for 20 mins at their cone and never brought our food out

I ordered online curbside 10-15 mon pickup...drove there waited 20 min called and they brought food out no thank you or anything from the server.....food was cold, no napkins, no ketchup and no straw for my drink.....I definitely expected more from them

I’m not sure what it was tonight, but when I got my chicken, it smelled and tasted like weed. I’m not sure if it was due to old grease or what, but it was a bit unappetizing.
