The spinach (or the meat) lasagna is delicious and picture perfect. Then I bring home more to feed the family. This is one of the high points of my visiting Baybrook Mall.

mediocre food for the price asked for one of the items on the menu and they replaced it with a more expensive item and would not change it back. just went on saying it would be supposedly better, but like I said, mediocre.

Excitement isn't what comes to mind in terms of food court eats, but I was nonetheless satisfied with my meal here. So I was about to step up to the counter at Charlie's across the way when I took a gander behind at this place. My interest in cheesesteak was replaced by a hankering for pizza. The No. 4 combo consisting of a fairly large slice with two toppings, side pasta, and drink is pretty good. For a shade below $12, it's a deal. I do want to try their stuffed pizza some other time.

Let me start off with the bad, and then get into the good. I have been visiting this restaurant for about 5 years now. The lovely gentlemen who have worked there for so long are always welcoming and kind. Only recently there were new hires. It was some young teenage boys who gave me a nasty attitude and all I answered was yes/no to their questions when making my food. They looked like they didn't want to be there, rolled their eyes. This completely turned me away from the business. Their food has always been fantastic and I love everything the menu has to offer. They've been consistent in their cooking for years. So the food is a YES, the customer service is a NO.

Nearly $7 for one slice of pepperoni. Crust is doughy with nearly no gluten formation which creates a factory-made bready bite with no crunch or chew besides the cheese. Points for the surprise of stuffed crust but this is just run of the mill, over-priced mall food. Not the worst pizza I've eaten.

I ordered the pizza that I assumed was edible. I received it and the pizza tasted so bad. The pizza is not kept fresh and may even be unsafe.
