Omg, I got Ruby Thai for the first time recently after passing by it so many times when I go to the mall, best decision ever, I loved every ounce of the food, so delicious and great service, I should’ve gone sooner!

Honestly, this is my favorite mall Chinese food. I've never had an issue before and it satisfies my cravings

Good for mall food, they have curry rice now which is a dollar extra but you get bits of chicken, pork, and shrimp. And their Thai spicy chicken is excellent, it's actually spicy.

Terrible customer service. Be mindful when you come to get your food because they won't give you want you're ordering when you're clearly pointing at what you want and up charge you for things you didn't ask for. Foods pretty ok but the customer service needs an extreme makeover. :(

I came to the mall looking for something to eat and I got one of the samples they were offering here, and it really brought up my appetite, so I ordered the three meat special with an egg roll, chicken teriyaki and mango chicken. I might not be an expert on Asian food, but what I had was delicious. I would totally recommend this place.

Not all that great. Stop by on 2/17 around 4:45PM. Got the rice, noodles and 2 meats. Noodles is completely over cooked and over salted (soy sauce). Rice was OK but found a small metal piece about 1 inch long. Told the cook by the soup section but looks like he didn't care about it. Be careful and look for things other than food when eating here.

This isn't Thai at all. There's nothing "fresh" about their ingredients so they better scratch that "fresh Asian cuisine sign". I got their wonton noodles and there's a good 3 pieces of wonton with hardly any meat in it. The rest is soup (hardly any flavor) and noodles. I expected the soup to at least have some flavor in it. This is a disappointment.

Tried to have lunch there today while shopping. The person behind the counter had his cell phone on his shoulder, engaged in a conversation while trying to fill my order. When he didn't get my drink order correct because he was distracted, I walked away and chose another venue.

This place overall was good, as it had major pluses, but at the same time, it had a major flaw with the soda I ordered. The service was OK. I mean, they got my food order perfectly right, and sometimes that's all that matters about the service, right? The food was great! The Mango Chicken I ordered(totally recommend it) had a sweet and savory flavor, which pretty much explains the type of food that I would DIE FOR. But the major flaw here was the soda. I ordered a Coca-Cola, but it came out like a sour, sad carbonated water. I recommend going to one of the other food places to get your drink, because the machine here doesn't make Coca-Cola right. So overall, this ThaiMax is a decent location, but at the same time, i's not the best place in the food court.

The worst Chicken Lo Mein I've ever had. I do not recommend I do not believe it was even chicken. YUCK!

It's just okay. Best thing about it is the samples. They have a pretty good deal for $5.99 for 1 meat and 2 sides. Most of the stuff tastes like super salty fried Chinese food. THe guy who served us wasn't the coolest either. He kept making faces like he was annoyed about having to serve us. I guess that's the only thing that made me drop it from 3 to 2 stars. Its actually more like just shy of 2.5.

Overall it was pretty tasty. A 2 item combo and drink cost me $8.10. Anytime I can eat a meal for under $10 is a win to me!

This isn't actually Thai food... At all.. It's mall Chinese food, but darn it, it's the best mall Chinese food I have ever tried. Seriously, I don't know if it is true that they don't add MSG, but i am inclined to believe it because their chicken dishes have real chicken meat that tastes fresh. Their fried items are not overly breaded, the sauces don't feel as sugary and gross, and their veggies are crisp! This is by no means healthy food, but I don't feel like an obese walrus after sharing a plate with someone! Seriously, I have never had better mall Chinese!
