Came here at 7pm. One staff person started serving another person on my section before I was done ordering. Ingredients were not fresh. There were fruit flies. Most of the chairs were upside down as though they were trying to close early. The staff wasn’t nice. It was very unpleasant.

The name on my Receipt is Wendy C. M for today 12/7/24 But the review is about the gentleman who made my food afterwards he went to the restroom which is one person only and i went in after him and he did not wash his hands the sink was bone dry and afterwards when i came out he was eating food while making other people’s food literally mouth full and chewing while by the tortilla press.

The assistant manager (Wendy M.) today was rude and snippy with me and my wife. We complained about the tea being very weak and not strong like it normally is served here. She was flippant and snarky, saying the tea was made correctly. The vibe in this place has gone down badly.
You have many other choices, and no one needs that attitude when dining out. Go somewhere else. Or visit one of the other Salata's.

Very GREEDY with ingredients. Customer service and manager with tree tattoo on her arm are so rude and try to rush you in line. They wrap up all food and stop making pasta 40 minutes before closing as well as put all chairs on tables so guests dont dine in. Um, that's a BIT early, don't you think? Sorry you hate your job, but you are getting paid to be there and serve food, so they should focus on making and serving the food and stop acting like the ingredients are coming from their own refrigerators at home. It's a business, they have money for ingredients, I promise you. You don't need to give me 3 pasta noodles and claim it's a scoop.

My wife and I always go here for lunch. The ingredients and food are good but the customer service at the cash register is horrible. The register girls are rude and don't smile at all. I feel like they just want to rush you out the door and get back to talking with each other. My experience is bad every time.

I didn't even realize we had one of these so close to my home. They try to be stingy with the toppings, I wouldn't recommend a online pickup. The balsamic looked like brown gravy, wasn't impressed with it. The pesto chicken was dry. The veggies seemed fresh
