I placed a $250 lunch order. A salad was over $20 and all it was a pile of lettuce. It was missing half the ingredients and when I called the store manager, she did not want to replace the salad. She did not believe me and wanted a picture. I will not use them for a work lunch anymore. I spent half my valuable time taking care of this salad when I could’ve been talking to my customer.

This was my first time at a Salata. I don't know that I'll ever crave this place but it was what I expected and that's good.
They had a decent selection of vegan options. It would be nice if they had some vegan cheeses and took the milk out of the croutons.
But, I would go back.

Place is clean, staff is friendly and fast. Food is not fresh though. Salads seemed a little old. Seafood was borderline expired. Both the salmon and two different shrimps were very fishy smelling. Stomach hurt after eating here.
Portion sizes were good. If you are use to pigging out and over eating, then you may think otherwise. For the price though, very expensive. $40 for two people without drinks.

This Salata is really skimpy on servings. This is the first time we have eaten all our whole salads and still feel hungry. Usually we eat half the salad and take the rest to go. For some reason this location charges you for salad dressing.

Came here at 7pm. One staff person started serving another person on my section before I was done ordering. Ingredients were not fresh. There were fruit flies. Most of the chairs were upside down as though they were trying to close early. The staff wasn’t nice. It was very unpleasant.

The name on my Receipt is Wendy C. M for today 12/7/24 But the review is about the gentleman who made my food afterwards he went to the restroom which is one person only and i went in after him and he did not wash his hands the sink was bone dry and afterwards when i came out he was eating food while making other people’s food literally mouth full and chewing while by the tortilla press.
