The two cooks were more on their food than preparing the food. It was just me and it took a long time for them to prepare the food. The noodles were smush and rubbery and the meat was undercooked. The over all appearance is very dirty and the men cooking were touching their phones and cooking the food with the same gloves. Worst 16 dolars ever spent

Good taste but not too happy anymore. They put more cabbage than vegetable. It comes one or two places of broccoli ? and carrots ?. Need more vegetables that's why you Pau for it. Vegetables and whatever meats. ?Vegetarian options: Needs more vegetables cuz it doesn't comes vegetables anymore. Disappointed

Always fresh, usually a long line but worth the wait. Good food for pretty cheap and they pack the box full!

We literally go to Baybrook Mall just to get some chicken teriyaki.

Teriyaki Chicken fresh off the griddle was very good. Nice and crispy glaze. It takes a while for them to make it. The fried rice was dry and the veggies were mushy though. About $10 for a plate. Service was good.

Our must go place when we are in the Baybrook. Chicken teriyaki with noodles is our favorite. But price went up, portions went down. Compare to any other restaurants, their food costs probably the least. It’s only chicken thighs. Teriyaki sauce was very thick today.

Junk, I doubt these people even know what real teriyaki marinade is supposed to taste like. Everything was just shoyu and sugar. None of the notes of garlic or ginger that should be there and they served the shrimp tempura with plum sauce not the traditional udon broth. The servers were kind and courteous, though. I guess I should lower my expectations for the mall food court.lol
