Iāve been going to this location for years and never had a problem with the service until today. I ordered 4 drinks myself and the employee somehow thought I could carry them all by myself without any bag. He didnāt ask or even had nice attitude. The way he gave the straws was also disrespectful. He just rushed to take more orders. Not sure if you get more orders if you donāt change the way you serve.

Great place to order a cold Boba tea for this summer heat, one of my favorite places to order bobatea, I highly recommend it and great customer service, I always take sure to leave a good tip due to their service, they always greet, smile and have delicious drinks.

Iāve came here 4 different times to order a mojito well before closing. They always tell me they canāt make it and everytime I ask why, the girl says sheās not sure. Except for one of the times another girl says they just cleaned the blenders and they donāt want to dirty them again. Itās 7:55ā¦ why clean them so early if you close at 9? Itās just so frustrating. I work in the mall and get out at 8, I left early once to try to make it there before they ācleanā their blenders and still didnāt make it.

Probably the worst Sharetea store in the Houston area. The drinks were haphazardly made, and the cups weren't sealed properly, spilling all over my car. This is an incredible terrible store, and I strongly advise against buying from here. the store should compensate me for the cost of cleaning my car's interior. your store is garbage. shouldn't deserve any star.

I tried Sharetea for the first time today. I was a little hesitant because I had never had it before, but I am so glad I did. I got the mango green tea, and it was so good. I love how I can adjust the level of sweetness and ice. The boba was perfectly made! The pearls were not too sweet, had a great chewy texture, and they were generous with the boba portion. They were quick with making the drinks, and everyone there was so friendly. I will be coming back!
