Let me tell yall something. Yesterday I needed some cupcake therapy. I accidentally went to the wrong place but I was at another bakery so I said let me buy something. I came home and was highly disappointed. I threw the cupcakes away. Today, I made sure I had the right address and let me just sum it up in one word, DELICIOUS! It was worth me driving from Texas City on my day off. Hands down the best place to get cupcakes!

I really used to love this place but their hours of operation posted and actual hours are two different things. It would be really good to change the door to align with the true hours of operation. People drive to come here by the posted hours only to find it closed which is really bad business practice. Normally I would t post if it was a one time occurrence but this is the 3rd time this has happened to us.Hours currently postedMon - Saturday 10:00am - 8:00pm (but we are here on Monday at 5 and the door is locked and they are closed). Sunday 12:00pm - 6pm.

We brought home six different flavored cupcakes. I had the coffee flavor. The cakes was fresh with perfect amount of coffee flavor. The icing completed the cake adding to the flavor and was so creamy. My sister had the peanut butter and wished she had more. The peanut butter flavor was so tasty. My dad had the lemon flavor and the cake with the icing had such a perfect lemon flavor. We will be fighting over the other three. I highly recommend.
wont go here again. Cakes had no taste . The chocolate had no taste, icing and cake tasted like nothing. what a waste of money. Randall's makes a better cake than this place.

I used to enjoy picking up a dozen cakes here often. The last two times have left me with regrets. Yesterday, I went in for a variety dozen. Some of the cake was hard on top, leaving me to think they might be stale,day-old, or overbaked. The icing on all left a geasy aftertaste in our mouths, making it obvious that the frosting is crisco-cream, not buttercream. My family and guests shared less-than-stellar comments. And the price was over $50, about $10 higher than I have paid in the past. THEN, the girl presented a gratuity screen to add an additional $7-12 just for putting the cupcakes in the box!! I'll be looking for a new bakery.

Wow-Amazing customer service! I can’t remember the name of the young lady working or I would give her a shout out. She was new to the company but handled our situation so well. Super friendly, thorough, and made sure she handled our order and correction of our order appropriately while communicating with us about everything.
