Could do better! I think it's diabolical to only give 2 napkins in this whole order! I've got a milkshake, coney footlong, sandwiches, French fries and corndog. She knew I had at least one kid. So what, one napkin per person?! I'm lucky I had wipes with me today! Plus! I asked for extra ketchup, and I DID NOT GET A SINGLE PACKET! I feel like I wasted a tip on this experience.

We went to sonic with a free poker chip that says, medium free cherry limeade and the worker Vivian argued that I could not receive a free medium cherry limeade because it wasn’t included with the poker chip but it says on the poker chip limeade or free soda and they wasted my time and made it extremely awkward for me and my daughter to just get a simple drink for free. You guys need to higher more competent workers and correct what’s going on here.

Don’t bother with this location. Drive the little extra to the East Pearland location. Easier in and out. More personable employees. BETTER food and drinks! Something so small like a drink order was trash and we ended up throwing out our drinks. Go to East Pearland. They get it right every single time.

Worst service of my life. I usually have good experiences at the sonic but something must’ve changed. I Asked a question and bro just ignored it for like two minutes then we wanted to pay separately and then they tried to lie to our face and say that we never asked so we were forced to all pay together and I am a broke student route service took forever hire better people, please. Have a nice day

While my family was ordering, the woman who was taking our order was rudely interrupting us and also cut us off in the middle of our order. Me and my family were also in a rush and we all were getting frustrated. So I advise you, if you are in a rush but want some quick thing to eat. Don't go here.
