Big shout out to Rose, I believe she is the manager here? She went above and beyond, to assist my husband and I make our orders here. None of us seemed to be too tech savvy with the Sonic app, and how to use it lol. She took our order in person, with no pen or paper or anything. She remembered the whole order. Guessing management changed!! Received our food, tater tots …NO salt, ketchup, etc…asked for some, they ask if I I asked for it when I ordered, told me it would mess their inventory up if they gave it to me after order was delivered. Will not go to this location again!!

The cheese sticks were okay but the slash wasn’t good it hasn’t fruity flavor just plain, dull taste it doesn’t taste as it used to. But the service was great the young man was very attentive and so professional, polite I would return just to have him as my server he is excellent employee. I’m sure he’s well educated too.

We were here for a long time, they got our order wrong, and the car next to us. Very poor.

Just sat outside waiting on my order for 30mins. The workers inside were just cleaning the whole time. The car behind me even had to get out of the line and knock on the window for his very small Uber eats order that took 20mins for some reason. I know they weren’t waiting on my food to be done because when I got home, all the food was cold and hard. The meat patties were disgusting, old, black and dried out. The chili cheese tots had no cheese on them and looked as if they had been sitting for hours. I live just around the corner so I had to come back and ask for it to be made fresh. Which I’m kinda afraid they’re gonna do something to it since they had no concern or sympathy at all when I explained the situation. The rude girl taking orders had such an attitude when I had came back and asked to speak to someone. I also had to ask for my change back since the girl that brought my food out never brought it, which strangely took another 5 minutes for her to grab. I’m sure no one will care but I will never come back to this location.

Th food was really good I ordered the bacon butter sauce cheeseburger and fries and also a Fanta but there was barely any liquid in the cup as it was filled up with ice all the way to the top. We also had to wait 20minutes for the food to arrive.
