At 7:30 a.m. I place an order ahead of time I had to go and wait over an hour no one was at this location even though it said it was open on Google and also inside of the Sonic app and the managers have not reached out to me yet to help me go and resolve this in any way

My food is always cold and they charge for ketchup per pack. My onion rings were soggy and twice I went there and they didn't give me the groovy sauce for the fries or the sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I even asked if it was in the bad and she said yes.

None of us seemed to be too tech savvy with the Sonic app, and how to use it lol. She took our order in person, with no pen or paper or anything. She remembered the whole order. Guessing management changed!! Received our food, tater tots …NO salt, ketchup, etc…asked for some, they ask if I I asked for it when I ordered, told me it would mess their inventory up if they gave it to me after order was delivered. Will not go to this location again!!

The cheese sticks were okay but the slash wasn’t good it hasn’t fruity flavor just plain, dull taste it doesn’t taste as it used to. But the service was great the young man was very attentive and so professional, polite I would return just to have him as my server he is excellent employee. I’m sure he’s well educated too.

My toppings on my coney looked like they’d been wiped off and looks like it has snot on it. The girl that brought me my food literally just handed me my food and just walked off. And on top of that they took forever to bring out my food.
