Quick efficient... they have knowledge and got me what I needed
Terrible customer service from James. Looked annoyed and was rude the whole time, if you’re mad then don’t work!! Simple. Don’t bring it to the workplace and spread your negativity. Completely unsanitary as well, nail clippings everywhere on the floor where he stands. Overall a bad experience and vibe from him, other than that the other employees were very helpful. Really need to work on health practices and customer service though or else you’ll get a quick lawsuit!

The staff are amazing! I had a question about a particular drink; guy was incredibly helpful and made suggestions- and the coffee I got there was very good, blend unique to them, good flavor

This store sold my wife a keg of bud light that had a born on date of 3/22/24. The keg was already expired. Brought back the keg couple hours later after I got off work and it was a hassle. Can’t believe they don’t rotate their stock. I have always purchased from that store. Very disappointing service. May need to drive a few miles further to Total Wine.
