I went to this location for years due to friendly staff well maintained theater, and good food for movie theater. That being said this location may as well have cinemark stapled on it. Its over due for new chairs and upgrade. Retrain the staff, up the ticket prices 5 bucks to deture some of the bad actors from coming in. Get rid of the stupid warning yall added about filming in the theater. If they film kick them out.

I can’t remember the waiters name, but he was EXCEPTIONAL! My daughter brought me, then I brought my mom and little cousin. Now my dad and husband want to go!!😍 FOOD WAS AWESOME. We enjoyed everything ordered. Pizza; chicken Caesar wrap; southwest egg rolls and OMG the honey siracha lime wings 😘 sorry all the other food was being ravaged and I mysteriously only had 3 wings left after the movie..🤔😒

One of my favorite movie theaters. Great atmosphere, very cozy seats and nice service. VIP seats the best option to be close to your loved one.

I have been to this theater a multitude of times, comfortable seats and affordable tickets, but the staff has become more of an issue. The lady at the front helping us with our tickets was pushy, aggressive, and rude. She gave us the wrong seats and after transaction had a "huffy" attitude.

Was probably nice before covid. Just went for the first time ever. GF and I got premium seats. Carpet and seats are worn out, theater smelled of past dinner meals. 3 drinks each plus an entree each and we’re talking $150 movie night, not worth it considering the oder and everything being worn out. Plus screen appeared to be 720P WTF!

server was nice but she never brought out our refills on soda & popcorn that we ordered with her. She also never came back to check on us or even drop off our check it was a whole different person! Needs better service standards. We chose this theatre over a regular movie theatre for the service.
Most of the seats are broken and they CONSTANTLY get the orders wrong and forget to bring the food out. We were given a check for food we were waiting on for 40 minutes and never got.

The most idiotic ticketing I’ve ever seen. Totally negates benefit of buying online ticket by making me wait in line with all the folks who haven’t bought a ticket. And stupidly scams my electronic ticket and gives me another paper ticket. Seating is not very comfortable.

Overall experience was meh. I am new to the area and this movie theater came highly recommended. The staff was amazing, the overall cleanliness of the theatre was great.
I was looking to take my daughter for her 5th birthday and was recommended to go to Star Cinema and everyone I asked raved about the experience- the pod, with heated seats, blankets, popcorn… expectations were high, especially for the price ~$18 per ticket before taxes.
Our pod chairs were in disarray- the chairs themselves were ripped, cup holders a lil greasy, and the lights in the seats were broken (one side had no covers over the lights).
The blankets were just loose, folded on the chairs. I was told they were in plastic, and while I hope they are cleaned between each use, there was no indication or assurance of that, so I avoided using them.
Food was fine, popcorn was a small bowl (which was honestly fine, we each had our own and barely finished one), fried pickles were fine, chicken fingers meh- one was soggy, the others were fine.
Also- bathroom was clean, but had 3 sinks for maybe ~10 stalls, so it got a little hectic when the bathrooms got full.
Not sure if I’d be back. Again, everyone raved about it, and the theatre was packed. I was underwhelmed.
