We ordered $50 worth of drinks and snacks, and of the 5 drinks we ordered only one was good, the hot chocolates were disliked by 3 kids. My sons cappuccino was missing most of the foam and made it seem empty.
I always have a great experience at the Friendswood Starbucks, and it has honestly become one of the highlights of my morning routine. The team here is consistently friendly, fast, and welcoming. They remember faces, take the time to say hello, and keep the line moving even during the busiest rush. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive atmosphere for their customers.
One thing I really appreciate is how they handle mobile orders. A lot of places just set the drink on the counter and move on, but not here. Even when I’m just running in for a quick pickup, they still acknowledge me by name, make eye contact, and often greet me with a warm “good morning” or a quick friendly chat. They make me feel like family, not just another person grabbing a coffee. That kind of personal connection is rare these days.
My drinks are always made right, consistently good, and ready on time. The store itself is clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit for a few minutes or get some work done. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do, and their positive energy shows in every visit.
This location truly goes above and beyond. The customer service, the attention to detail, and the genuine kindness of the staff make it stand out from any other coffee shop in the area. Highly recommend stopping in—you’ll leave with a great drink and an even better mood

Great coffee, nice staff. I always go thru the drive thru. Some mornings, the line can lap around the store and take a while to get thru, but I'm fine with that.

Slowest Starbucks ever! I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but it took about 15-20 min to get our stuff in the drive through! Will not be back here
From the employees to the drinks/food I have yet to have a bad experience here. They're the sweetest ppl working in a high traffic spot yet still keep the places clean an welcoming.

Types of different coffees for early birds
The Internet at this location stopped working, which affected mobile orders. However, they did not inform me that they never received my order so I waited in the store for a while. This is forgivable and understandable because things happen. The reason I’m leaving this one star review is because I had the worst cup of coffee in my life today after I waited for awhile. It was an iced brown sugar, shaken espresso, and it was 99% milk with a drop of espresso. Obviously, I’m exaggerating, but this was quite literally the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish it. I only went to this location today because my usual spot ran out of ingredients, but I can say this will be my last time going to this location lol

Got a SF vanilla blended that was rang up as a cold brew blended for the free coffee. I even asked if the frappes was included but she said this is how it had to be rang up. It was disgusting! Frappe Mix was definitely not used it was all cold brew except for a little frozen island that floated on top. I even paid 50 cents for it to be blended even though the coffee was free. Did not care to go back and sit in the line the drive thru set up is horrible when busy.

Ordered a venti creme brulee latte and a yogurt with oats. The yogurt had oats and fruit on the bottom. It was not good at all. The expiration date was the next day. It tasted terrible. The latte was great though

Disappointed the way they made my drink made my drink Garbage the whipped cream wasn’t fully on the top wasn’t happy with it so I asked for a refund . some of the baristas take pride in making the drinks I can tell she was in a rush thanks Scarlett for ruining my morning this usually gets me going

Went inside to order early one money last week. Music was so loud it was hard to hear. When I ordered my drink, the young female barrister had their careless look on her face and asked men”Huh?” 3 times during my order because she either couldn’t hear me or understand me. Ridiculous customer service. Won’t go back.
