Got a SF vanilla blended that was rang up as a cold brew blended for the free coffee. I even asked if the frappes was included but she said this is how it had to be rang up. It was disgusting! Frappe Mix was definitely not used it was all cold brew except for a little frozen island that floated on top. I even paid 50 cents for it to be blended even though the coffee was free. Did not care to go back and sit in the line the drive thru set up is horrible when busy.

Ordered a venti creme brulee latte and a yogurt with oats. The yogurt had oats and fruit on the bottom. It was not good at all. The expiration date was the next day. It tasted terrible. The latte was great though

Disappointed the way they made my drink made my drink Garbage the whipped cream wasn’t fully on the top wasn’t happy with it so I asked for a refund . some of the baristas take pride in making the drinks I can tell she was in a rush thanks Scarlett for ruining my morning this usually gets me going

Went inside to order early one money last week. Music was so loud it was hard to hear. When I ordered my drink, the young female barrister had their careless look on her face and asked men”Huh?” 3 times during my order because she either couldn’t hear me or understand me. Ridiculous customer service. Won’t go back.

I was in a lined, my infant was hungry and the babysitter didn't pack him a bottle already made, so he wasn't having it. I pulled at this Starbucks and ask if I could get some hot water and some ice water as well . Plus my iced drink. The lady was so understanding, she gave me the water right away, so that I could make him a warm bote?... thanks to your batista he was fed. I'm sorry I didn't get her name ,she mention it but with my crying infant I could hear it... but she was my hero at that moment!!

I personally don't like Starbucks just because I don't drink coffee but took my 12yr care and she loves it so to me that's all that matters at the moment. Place was clean, organized and staff very friendly.( And yes I am sure they have other drinks other then coffee).

I went there with 4 friends to have coffee and talk. We walked in, and although there were 4 empty tables, there were only 2 free chairs. They had lots of open floor space but not enough seating. When we asked if we could bring patio chairs in to sit on, we were told no. We will be finding another place to go.
