I understand it’s the holidays, but why not have someone specifically doing orders that walk in? Like I stood there for 10 min not greeting, no I’ll be right with you. And literally soon as I’m walking out someone’s asks the person behind me have you been helped like I wasn’t just standing there for 10 minutes waiting to order. At least 8 people working but no one to take orders make it make sense.

I ordered a tall mocha with no whip cream and a pumpkin bread. whenever I usually order that, it’s cold, but this time it was hot so I asked why and the lady working asked if I want it iced so I said yeah, so she remade it and it still wasn’t a mocha just ice cubes, chocolate and espresso shots (nothing blended) , plus she gave me whip cream?? Idk I never had this problem ordering other places so I’m not that upset, but I spent like 10$ for this lol

i went to this starbucks ONE time instead of my usual starbucks, ordered a trenta cold brew, only to be given a venti cup of coffee shoved inside of an empty trenta cup. they charged me for a full trenta and i didn’t even get the full amount of coffee, when i asked if this was correct, the barista got angry with me. this is absolutely ridiculous, especially having been going to starbucks for years.
Drove thru for hot chocolate. Location 528/518. Received hot water with a hint of chocolate flavor. Worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Was down road when discovered. Horrible experience never again will I pay $3-4 dollars for hot brown water. What a ripoff

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Every time my wife and I go here, we have excellent service, even if the line is super long. We as customers should appreciate what people do for us. I appreciate the Starbucks staff. Great job guys. Excellent drinks, super friendly staff. I would recommend this Starbucks was to everyone in the area.
